崗位職責(zé):
1. Be responsible for the department's administrative affairs(including but not limited to document receipt and dispatch,document management,etc.):Daily document receipt and dispatch,drafting of meeting minutes,and preparation of report materials.
2. Be responsible for the daily inventory management of the department's archival materials.
3. Be responsible for the department's publicity work(such as operation of official accounts,writing,and image and video editing),organize daily briefings,and conduct content organization.
4. Assist in the management of third-party service providers and related tasks.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting surveys, as well as the initiation and supervision of procurement projects.
6. Perform other related tasks as required by the supervisor.
1.負(fù)責(zé)部門行政事務(wù)工作(包括但不限于公文收發(fā)、文檔管理等):日常公文收發(fā)、會(huì)議紀(jì)要以及匯報(bào)材料的撰寫;
2.負(fù)責(zé)部門檔案資料管理日常盤點(diǎn)工作;
3.負(fù)責(zé)部門宣傳工作(如:公眾號(hào)運(yùn)營(yíng)、文案撰寫圖片與視頻編輯),整理好日常簡(jiǎn)報(bào),做好內(nèi)容梳理工作;
4.協(xié)助管理第三方服務(wù)單位等相關(guān)工作;
5.協(xié)助組織開展調(diào)研、采購(gòu)立項(xiàng)與實(shí)施監(jiān)管等相關(guān)工作;
6.以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求的其他相關(guān)工作。
任職要求:
1. Familiar with the campus operation rules and scope of campus services.
2. Preference will be given to those with experience in university campus services.
3. Strong in planning,execution,and stress resistance.
4. Excellent communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English,as well as the ability to summarize and report.
5. Outstanding team collaboration skills.
This position requires an English interview and written test.

此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
