Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. Duties
一、食品安全監(jiān)督
監(jiān)督學(xué)校食堂及食品經(jīng)營單位落實“日管控、周排查、月調(diào)度”制度,每周匯總上報檢查情況。
每日核查從業(yè)人員晨檢記錄及健康狀況,督促整改違規(guī)操作。
及時向食品安全總監(jiān)報告風(fēng)險隱患,跟蹤整改閉環(huán)。
配合開展食品安全培訓(xùn)及應(yīng)急演練。
二、公共衛(wèi)生管理
協(xié)助監(jiān)督校園室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量、飲用水安全、殺蟲劑使用安全等環(huán)境衛(wèi)生工作。
參與突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生與健康事件(如食源性疾病,環(huán)境傳播性疾?。┑恼{(diào)查與協(xié)調(diào)。
三、跨部門協(xié)作
聯(lián)動后勤部門、校診所開展預(yù)防性健康教育及聯(lián)合檢查。
任職要求:
Qualification Requirements
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)先考慮食品科學(xué)與工程、公共衛(wèi)生、預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)、環(huán)境健康與安全等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.持有食品安全管理員、公共衛(wèi)生管理或HSE相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先。
3.具備風(fēng)險排查、臺賬管理及突發(fā)事件處置能力。
4.有團(tuán)隊精神,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和文書撰寫能力。
5.能獨立開展監(jiān)督檢查并推動問題整改。
