Coordinate work across different departments to ensure smooth information flow. 5. Support to the field engineers' on-site service 6. AR collection 7. Other duties assigned Qualifications 1. Good communication and skills with oral and written English 2. Working skill of Microsoft Excel required. Experience with MS Office Suite. Knowledge with SAP, Salesforce will be a plus. 3. A minimum bachelor’s degree, related Customer Support field or English major required. 4. Good customer communication experience and Must be a service-minded person with high level of dedication, teamwork. 5. Al least 3 years working experience, customer service experience is preferred 6. Efficiently handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment, ensuring each task is completed on time. 7. Quickly learn new skills and knowledge to adapt to constantly changing work demands.
