售前客服售后客服全白班電子商務(wù)玩具/禮品快速消費(fèi)品
職位描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)在線接待客戶咨詢，解答客戶的疑惑并促成訂單
2.負(fù)責(zé)與商家進(jìn)行良好的溝通，協(xié)助完成售前售后工作
3.處理售后服務(wù)問題，確保及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確和有效地解決顧客提出的各類投訴
4.負(fù)責(zé)與平臺(tái)對(duì)接相關(guān)工作（如發(fā)貨、物流跟蹤等）
5.維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系，積極挖掘客戶需求并提供相應(yīng)解決方案
6.做好相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的整理與統(tǒng)計(jì)，以便更好的進(jìn)行日常業(yè)務(wù)操作和管理
7.對(duì)銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)，制定有效的運(yùn)營方案及優(yōu)化措施
8.按時(shí)完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作任務(wù)
職位要求：
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)不限
2、有抖音客服、抖音運(yùn)營相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、具備良好的溝通能力和抗壓能力
4、有責(zé)任心、上進(jìn)心、有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
