Key Responsibilities

·
負(fù)責(zé)GSP相關(guān)質(zhì)量信息的核查、反饋
· 負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)算機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)信息的建立及維護(hù)
· 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中涉及質(zhì)量問題品種的鎖定處理
·
協(xié)助質(zhì)量查詢、質(zhì)量投訴和質(zhì)量事故的調(diào)查、處理
· 負(fù)責(zé)起草、編寫公司藥品和醫(yī)療器械經(jīng)營相關(guān)制度和SOP等
· 負(fù)責(zé)GSP管理文件的起草、匯總、整理及維護(hù),包括:質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、購銷評(píng)審、自查報(bào)告等
· 組織開展質(zhì)量管理教育和培訓(xùn),建立培訓(xùn)檔案
·
組織人員健康體檢工作,建立健康檔案
· 組織實(shí)施倉庫溫濕度自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的性能驗(yàn)證工作
·
協(xié)助對(duì)承運(yùn)商運(yùn)輸條件和質(zhì)量保障能力的檢查
·
負(fù)責(zé)藥品經(jīng)營許可證,醫(yī)療器械經(jīng)營許可證/備案憑證的換證管理工作
·
協(xié)助對(duì)藥監(jiān)部門日常監(jiān)管和飛行檢查的相關(guān)迎檢及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持等工作
·
協(xié)助和支持倉庫驗(yàn)收工作
·
協(xié)助和支持GSP倉庫相關(guān)QMS的實(shí)施
·
其它由直線經(jīng)理安排的項(xiàng)目和工作
Requirements:
·
大學(xué)本科醫(yī)藥相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)
·
執(zhí)業(yè)藥師資格
·
具有至少三年從事藥品質(zhì)量管理的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),從事過藥品經(jīng)營過程管理工作
·
熟悉相關(guān)國家和地方質(zhì)量政策法規(guī)(GSP等)
·
電腦及業(yè)務(wù)軟件的使用能力
·
良好的職業(yè)道德,誠信、正直、認(rèn)真、堅(jiān)持原則
·
高度的質(zhì)量敏感性
·
較強(qiáng)的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新能力
·
較強(qiáng)的分析判斷解決問題能力
·
