You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries during project implementation and ensuring that customer requirements are seamlessly aligned with the company’s technical solutions. Manage the technical interface with overseas clients, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company’s product technical solutions. 2. Address technical questions raised by clients during the project, providing professional technical support and ensuring timely feedback. 3. Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure that client requirements are accurately understood and translated into actionable technical specifications. 4. Assist clients in overcoming technical barriers through effective technical support, ensuring the smooth progression of projects. 5.
