Responsibilities:
?Design and Implement Learning Programs: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy tailored to the needs of different locations and departments in China, ensuring alignment with global standards.
?Deploy global learning and development programs: Partner with local HR teams to deploy global learning and development programs in China, ensuring they are relevant and impactful and enhance individual and team performance.
?Support eLearning Platform: Partner with the LMS Team to support the rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of online learning tools and resources, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee development experience.
?Assess Learning Effectiveness: Monitor and report on learning analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
?Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, ensuring alignment with regional needs and global standards.
?Implement Talent Development Initiatives: Implement initiatives focused on talent development, performance management, and succession planning ensuring alignment with global standards.
?Implement Succession Planning: Partner with HRBPs to identify and develop high-potential talent through Talent Review and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) process, ensuring alignment with global standards.
?Act as the primary OD liaison for the region, ensuring alignment with global OD COE strategies.
?Act as the primary liaison between the global OD COE and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication of goals, strategies, and progress.
?Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to drive consistent adoption and integration of OD initiatives across the region.
?Share regional insights and feedback on the effectiveness of global frameworks to optimize outcomes and inform future strategies.
?Cultivate strong working relationships with HRBPs, senior leadership, and key business leaders to understand regional challenges and drive OD best practices.
?Track defined metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of OD initiatives in the region.
?Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Global OD COE Leader and regional leadership, outlining program impacts, lessons learned, and recommendations.
?Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement across all initiatives.
?Monitor and report on talent analytics to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a closely related field (Master’s degree a plus).
?10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development / talent management, ideally within a global or multicultural environment.
?Demonstrated experience with performance management, learning and development, and succession programs.
?Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization.
?Ability to collaborate and influence across regions and functions.
?Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into action.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
?Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
?Strong time management, organizational,and multitasking skills.
?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
?Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development best practices.
?Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms is a plus.
?Adaptability and resilience with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, value-driven environment.
