負(fù)責(zé)東莞、中山地區(qū)員工股票計(jì)劃的全流程管理,包括但不限于:
Manage end-to-end employee stock plans for Dongguan and Zhongshan regions, including but not limited to:
1.股票解禁、認(rèn)購(gòu)、出售等交易操作。
Processing stock vesting, subscription, sale transactions
2.相關(guān)稅款計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)核對(duì)。
Calculating related taxes and verifying data
3.為員工提供電子工資單系統(tǒng)(股票交易模塊)的操作指導(dǎo)與支持。
Provide guidance to employees on using the e-payslip system (stock trading module)
4.高效執(zhí)行上級(jí)分配的其他財(cái)務(wù)或行政相關(guān)工作。
Efficiently execute other finance or administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
任職要求:
任職要求:
1.學(xué)歷專業(yè):本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限(財(cái)務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、人力資源管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先)。

s degree or above, any major (Finance, Economics, HR-related majors preferred)
2.語(yǔ)言能力:基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)水平,可處理日常工作郵件。
Basic English proficiency for daily work emails
3.精通MS Office(Excel需具備數(shù)據(jù)處理能力),有SAP或其他ERP系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Advanced MS Office skills (data processing in Excel required) , experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
4.應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生或1-2年財(cái)務(wù)/員工福利相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).

5.出色的溝通能力與服務(wù)意識(shí),高度責(zé)任心,能處理敏感財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)。
