Job Description:
您將從事合成類生物大分子(如寡核苷酸,ADC藥物,多肽類藥物等)的分離純化工作;通過分析儀器設(shè)備進行定量與定性檢測,完成分析方法開發(fā),制備純化等工作;有機會接觸到現(xiàn)有的先進的技術(shù)平臺,引領(lǐng)藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)新趨勢;有機會和跨國藥企藥化專家面對面交流學(xué)習(xí)。
You will be
engaged in the purification of synthetic biomolecules such as oligonucleotides,ADCs, peptide and so on; mainly focusing on purification method development,purification by advanced instruments, quantitative and qualitative analysis.This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms and lead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts from multinational companies.

Job Responsibilities:
負責(zé)合成類生物大分子樣品分析與純化方法開發(fā),制定合理、高效的純化方案。
純化制備生物大分子,對純化后的生物大分子進行質(zhì)量檢測和分析。
拓展完善現(xiàn)有技術(shù)平臺與方法,提高團隊技術(shù)實力。
管理項目進程,溝通匯報,和其他部門密切合作,確保按時完成。
參與實驗室日常運維和管理,包括工作分配、儀器設(shè)備維護及起草設(shè)備SOP等。
總結(jié)與完善實驗室操作規(guī)程,不斷提高效率與規(guī)范程度。
Responsible for sample analysis and purification method development for synthetic biomolecules, develop reasonable
and efficient purification scheme.
Complete the purification process and analyze the quality for the purified sample.
Expand and improve existing platform technologies and methods through learning and thinking. Improve the technical strength of the team.
Manage project progress, communicate and cooperate, report to ensure completion on time.
Participate in the daily operation, maintenance and management of the laboratory, including purchasing routine reagents, maintaining instruments and equipment and drafting equipment SOPs etc.
Optimize laboratory operating procedures to continuously improve efficiency and standardization.
任職要求
Job Requirements
生物化學(xué)、生物工程、生物技術(shù)、生藥學(xué)、天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)歷,CET-6。具備良好的生物化學(xué)和純化基礎(chǔ);
在生物制藥領(lǐng)域,具備系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)知識和經(jīng)驗,尤其是純化和分析方面;
熟悉色譜純化技術(shù)原理、技術(shù)手段與方法開發(fā)思路,包括且不限于SEC、HIC、IEC、RP、AC、超濾、電泳、介質(zhì)填料等;有抗體偶聯(lián)藥物(antibody-drug conjugate ADC)、寡核苷酸(Oligonucleotide)、多肽化學(xué)合成(Peptide)、蛋白類等生物大分子藥物相關(guān)研究或工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
熟悉各種生物分子分析檢測手段,包括且不限于LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF, SDS-PAGE等;
具有積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度與嚴謹?shù)目蒲芯瘛? 有自學(xué)的手段與自行設(shè)計實驗路線的能力,能夠獨立開展項目。
具備項目管理素養(yǎng),責(zé)任心強,有團隊合作、創(chuàng)新、保密意識及職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
具有良好的表達能力,良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
有進取心、能承擔(dān)挑戰(zhàn)、善于調(diào)節(jié)壓力,正直吃苦耐勞、執(zhí)行力強。
Major in biochemistry, bioengineering,biotechnology or pharmacognosy, natural product chemistry with a doctoral
degree and CET-6, with a strong foundation in biochemistry and purification sciences.
Have a systematic expertise and experience in the biopharmaceutical field, especially for purification and analysis.
Be familiar with the principle of chromatography purification technology, technic and method development strategies, including but not limit to SEC, HIC, IEC, RP, AC, ultrafiltration,electrophoresis, separation media etc; have purification experience in biological macromolecules such as antibody-drug conjugate (ADC),Oligonucleotide, Peptide is preferred.
Be familiar with biomolecular analysis and detection methods, including but not limit to LC-MS/TOF/Q-TOF,SDS-PAGE etc.
Have a positive learning attitude and rigorous scientific spirit.
Can research and design experiment protocols by yourself.
Good project management ability, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, innovation, confidentiality awareness and
professional qualities.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and good English skills.
Be enterprising, able to take on challenges,be good at adjusting pressure, be honest, hardworking, and have strong
execution ability.
