有3-5年或以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師加入我們的快速成長團(tuán)隊(duì)。 此職位需要有公共藝術(shù)、雕塑設(shè)計(jì)、新媒體藝術(shù)、商業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)、美陳設(shè)計(jì)、視覺藝術(shù)、產(chǎn)品&工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，環(huán)境建筑設(shè)計(jì)或其它相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)背景，具有良好相關(guān)學(xué)歷并且對藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)有著濃厚的興趣。對公共藝術(shù)，特別是當(dāng)代藝術(shù)有濃厚興趣，善于總結(jié)項(xiàng)目要點(diǎn)，理解業(yè)主需求，了解中國本土文化。 應(yīng)具備以申請人下技能： 1- 有較好的中英文溝通能力，能與總部外籍設(shè)計(jì)師和國外藝術(shù)家進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)方案溝通。 2- 勝任與國內(nèi)客戶交流，并有能力獨(dú)立完成項(xiàng)目過程溝通工作，頭腦風(fēng)暴，藝術(shù)方案討論等。 3- 良好的設(shè)計(jì)方案設(shè)計(jì)及匯報(bào)能力，理解客戶各職能部門在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中不同的需求點(diǎn)，并及時(shí)對客戶提出的各類問題開展有效的溝通。 4- 有管理設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，安排和組織助理設(shè)計(jì)師按時(shí)完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù);能夠編輯設(shè)計(jì)高質(zhì)量匯報(bào)方案。 5- 熟練應(yīng)用SolidWork, Coreldraw ,Indesign, illustrator, photoshop，3dmax,Rhino或cad等軟件 6- 理解國內(nèi)外公共藝術(shù)的內(nèi)涵，熟悉行業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)律。 We are THE BLUEPRINT from Australia and would love you to join our Shanghai team!!!
