一、崗位職責
1. 統(tǒng)籌期刊運營全流程,構(gòu)建高效出版體系
負責期刊從投稿接收、同行評審、編輯加工、排版校對到最終上線發(fā)布的全流程管理,監(jiān)控各環(huán)節(jié)效率與質(zhì)量,推動流程數(shù)字化、自動化升級,確保出版節(jié)奏穩(wěn)定可控。
2. 維護學術(shù)規(guī)范與出版?zhèn)惱順藴?嚴格執(zhí)行國際學術(shù)出版規(guī)范,建立并完善稿件審核機制,防范學術(shù)不端行為,確保出版內(nèi)容的學術(shù)嚴謹性和倫理合規(guī)性,維護期刊聲譽。
3. 支持期刊戰(zhàn)略升級,制定中長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃
根據(jù)學科發(fā)展趨勢和期刊定位,協(xié)助制定并優(yōu)化期刊發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與年度目標,推動期刊從常規(guī)運營向品牌建設(shè)、影響力提升方向發(fā)展。
4. 搭建協(xié)同合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),強化內(nèi)外部資源整合
主導(dǎo)與期刊主編、編委會、作者、審稿人、學術(shù)機構(gòu)、協(xié)會等多方的溝通合作,協(xié)助組建高質(zhì)量作者與審稿人團隊,建立期刊生態(tài)合作機制。
5. 參與內(nèi)容策劃與品牌推廣,提升期刊影響力
提出專題策劃、熱點選題建議,推動優(yōu)質(zhì)稿源建設(shè);參與制定市場推廣計劃,包括線上宣傳、媒體合作、會議宣傳、社交媒體運營等,增強期刊可見度與引用率。
6. 代表期刊參與行業(yè)活動與學術(shù)會議
出席國內(nèi)外重要學術(shù)會議、出版展會和研討會,展示期刊成果與優(yōu)勢,拓展期刊學術(shù)資源與品牌影響力。
8. 協(xié)助內(nèi)部能力建設(shè),推動團隊成長與標準化建設(shè)
組織并參與期刊團隊培訓(xùn)、工作坊、經(jīng)驗交流會,促進團隊成員在編輯規(guī)范、出版工具、國際標準等方面的持續(xù)提升,建設(shè)高效協(xié)作文化。
10. 完成公司安排的其他戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)與專項支持工作
包括但不限于新刊籌備、數(shù)據(jù)庫對接、政策響應(yīng)、制度制定、數(shù)據(jù)分析、報告撰寫等。
二、任職資格
1. 學歷要求
碩士及以上學歷,理工類、管理類、社科類等相關(guān)學科背景優(yōu)先;具備海外學習或研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
2. 學術(shù)出版經(jīng)驗
至少兩年以上學術(shù)期刊或出版行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉國際出版流程與主流平臺(如ScholarOne、Editorial Manager、OJS等)的操作;具有期刊管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3. 語言與溝通能力
具備流利的英語讀寫與工作溝通能力,能勝任全英文環(huán)境下的郵件、電話、文檔與會議交流。
4. 專業(yè)技能與管理能力
具備優(yōu)秀的項目管理能力、流程優(yōu)化能力、問題解決能力和資源協(xié)調(diào)能力;熟悉學術(shù)傳播趨勢、開放獲取政策與數(shù)據(jù)庫評價體系者優(yōu)先。

Position Title: Journal Operation Editor
/ Academic Publishing Manager
I. Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee the Entire Journal Operation
Workflow and Build an Efficient Publishing System
Manage the full publishing process from manuscript submission, peer review,
editorial processing, and typesetting to final online publication. Monitor the
efficiency and quality of each stage, promote digital and automated workflow
upgrades, and ensure stable and controllable publication schedules.
2.Uphold Academic Standards and
Publishing Ethics
Strictly adhere to international academic publishing standards. Establish and
refine manuscript review mechanisms to prevent academic misconduct, ensuring
scholarly rigor and ethical compliance across all published content and
safeguarding the journal’s reputation.
3.Support Strategic Development and
Long-Term Planning
Assist in formulating and optimizing the journal’s development strategy and
annual objectives in alignment with disciplinary trends and journal
positioning. Drive the journal’s evolution from routine operations toward brand
building and influence enhancement.
4.Build a Collaborative Network and
Integrate Internal and External Resources
Lead communications and cooperation with Editors-in-Chief, editorial boards,
authors, reviewers, academic institutions, and associations. Assist in building
high-quality author and reviewer teams and establish a collaborative ecosystem
around the journal.
5.Contribute to Content Planning and
Brand Promotion
Propose thematic issues and trending topic suggestions to strengthen the
submission pipeline. Participate in formulating marketing and outreach
strategies, including digital campaigns, media collaborations, conference
promotion, and social media operations to boost journal visibility and citation
impact.
6.Represent the Journal at Industry
Events and Academic Conferences
Attend major academic conferences, publishing exhibitions, and seminars
domestically and internationally to showcase the journal's achievements and
strengths, expanding its academic network and brand influence.
7.Facilitate Internal Capacity Building
and Promote Team Development
Organize and participate in team training sessions, workshops, and
knowledge-sharing meetings. Support continuous development in editorial
standards, publishing tools, and international practices, fostering a
collaborative and efficient team culture.
8.Undertake Strategic Tasks and Special
Assignments Assigned by the Company
Support initiatives such as new journal launches, database integration, policy
response, system development, data analysis, and report writing as required.
II. Qualifications
1.Educational Background
Master’s degree or above in science, engineering, management, social sciences, or related fields preferred. Overseas study or research experience is a plus.
2.Academic Publishing Experience
At least two years of experience in academic journal publishing or a related
field. Familiarity with international publishing workflows and major platforms
(e.g., ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, OJS) is required. Experience in journal
management is highly preferred.
3.Language and Communication Skills
Proficient in English reading, writing, and professional communication. Able to
work effectively in a fully English-speaking environment, including email, phone, documentation, and meetings.
4.Professional and Managerial Skills
Strong project management, process optimization, problem-solving, and resource coordination abilities. Knowledge of scholarly communication trends, open access policies, and journal evaluation systems is advantageous.

III. Compensation and Benefits
1.Competitive Salary Structure
Attractive and competitive compensation: Minimum starting monthly salary of RMB 10,000 for Master’s degree holders and RMB 15,000 for PhD holders. Final salary will be determined based on educational background, professional experience, and work history.
