職位名稱:期刊運(yùn)營編輯 / 學(xué)術(shù)出版經(jīng)理 一、崗位職責(zé) 1. 統(tǒng)籌期刊運(yùn)營全流程,構(gòu)建高效出版體系 負(fù)責(zé)期刊從投稿接收、同行評審、編輯加工、排版校對到最終上線發(fā)布的全流程管理,監(jiān)控各環(huán)節(jié)效率與質(zhì)量,推動流程數(shù)字化、自動化升級,確保出版節(jié)奏穩(wěn)定可控。 2. 維護(hù)學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范與出版?zhèn)惱順?biāo)準(zhǔn) 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國際學(xué)術(shù)出版規(guī)范,建立并完善稿件審核機(jī)制,防范學(xué)術(shù)不端行為,確保出版內(nèi)容的學(xué)術(shù)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性和倫理合規(guī)性,維護(hù)期刊聲譽(yù)。 3. 支持期刊戰(zhàn)略升級,制定中長期發(fā)展規(guī)劃 根據(jù)學(xué)科發(fā)展趨勢和期刊定位,協(xié)助制定并優(yōu)化期刊發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與年度目標(biāo),推動期刊從常規(guī)運(yùn)營向品牌建設(shè)、影響力提升方向發(fā)展。 4. 搭建協(xié)同合作網(wǎng)絡(luò),強(qiáng)化內(nèi)外部資源整合 主導(dǎo)與期刊主編、編委會、作者、審稿人、學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)、協(xié)會等多方的溝通合作,協(xié)助組建高質(zhì)量作者與審稿人團(tuán)隊,建立期刊生態(tài)合作機(jī)制。 5. 參與內(nèi)容策劃與品牌推廣,提升期刊影響力 提出專題策劃、熱點選題建議,推動優(yōu)質(zhì)稿源建設(shè);參與制定市場推廣計劃,包括線上宣傳、媒體合作、會議宣傳、社交媒體運(yùn)營等,增強(qiáng)期刊可見度與引用率。 6. 代表期刊參與行業(yè)活動與學(xué)術(shù)會議 出席國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)會議、出版展會和研討會,展示期刊成果與優(yōu)勢,拓展期刊學(xué)術(shù)資源與品牌影響力。 8. 協(xié)助內(nèi)部能力建設(shè),推動團(tuán)隊成長與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè) 組織并參與期刊團(tuán)隊培訓(xùn)、工作坊、經(jīng)驗交流會,促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊成員在編輯規(guī)范、出版工具、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面的持續(xù)提升,建設(shè)高效協(xié)作文化。 10. 完成公司安排的其他戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)與專項支持工作 包括但不限于新刊籌備、數(shù)據(jù)庫對接、政策響應(yīng)、制度制定、數(shù)據(jù)分析、報告撰寫等。 二、任職資格 1. 學(xué)歷要求 碩士及以上學(xué)歷,理工類、管理類、社科類等相關(guān)學(xué)科背景優(yōu)先;具備海外學(xué)習(xí)或研究經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。 2. 學(xué)術(shù)出版經(jīng)驗 至少兩年以上學(xué)術(shù)期刊或出版行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉國際出版流程與主流平臺(如ScholarOne、Editorial Manager、OJS等)的操作;具有期刊管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 3. 語言與溝通能力 具備流利的英語讀寫與工作溝通能力,能勝任全英文環(huán)境下的郵件、電話、文檔與會議交流。 4. 專業(yè)技能與管理能力 具備優(yōu)秀的項目管理能力、流程優(yōu)化能力、問題解決能力和資源協(xié)調(diào)能力;熟悉學(xué)術(shù)傳播趨勢、開放獲取政策與數(shù)據(jù)庫評價體系者優(yōu)先。 5. 學(xué)習(xí)與成長潛力 擁有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新思維與適應(yīng)能力,能夠在多任務(wù)并行環(huán)境下保持高效執(zhí)行;樂于接受挑戰(zhàn),具備良好的抗壓能力與自我驅(qū)動力。 6. 團(tuán)隊合作精神 熱愛學(xué)術(shù)傳播事業(yè),愿意與跨部門同事協(xié)同合作,積極參與團(tuán)隊建設(shè)與知識共享,推動共同成長。 三、薪資福利 1. 薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)越 提供具有競爭力的薪資水平:碩士月薪起薪不低于10,000元,博士月薪起薪不低于15,000元,具體薪酬根據(jù)其教育背景,從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,工作背景等面議確定。 2. 全面的基礎(chǔ)保障 享受五險一金、法定節(jié)假日與超長春節(jié)假期、節(jié)慶慰問禮包、公司組織的文體活動及茶歇晚餐等貼心福利。 3. 清晰的職業(yè)成長通道 提供系統(tǒng)的職業(yè)培訓(xùn)計劃,涵蓋崗位技能提升、編輯出版知識強(qiáng)化、溝通管理能力進(jìn)階等內(nèi)容;設(shè)有專屬導(dǎo)師制,為新員工提供一對一指導(dǎo);表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異者可推薦參與國際交流訪問、海外項目協(xié)作或崗位晉升路徑。 Position Title: Journal Operation Editor / Academic Publishing Manager I. Job Responsibilities 1.Oversee the Entire Journal Operation Workflow and Build an Efficient Publishing System Manage the full publishing process from manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, and typesetting to final online publication. Monitor the efficiency and quality of each stage, promote digital and automated workflow upgrades, and ensure stable and controllable publication schedules. 2.Uphold Academic Standards and Publishing Ethics Strictly adhere to international academic publishing standards. Establish and refine manuscript review mechanisms to prevent academic misconduct, ensuring scholarly rigor and ethical compliance across all published content and safeguarding the journal’s reputation. 3.Support Strategic Development and Long-Term Planning Assist in formulating and optimizing the journal’s development strategy and annual objectives in alignment with disciplinary trends and journal positioning. Drive the journal’s evolution from routine operations toward brand building and influence enhancement. 4.Build a Collaborative Network and Integrate Internal and External Resources Lead communications and cooperation with Editors-in-Chief, editorial boards, authors, reviewers, academic institutions, and associations. Assist in building high-quality author and reviewer teams and establish a collaborative ecosystem around the journal. 5.Contribute to Content Planning and Brand Promotion Propose thematic issues and trending topic suggestions to strengthen the submission pipeline. Participate in formulating marketing and outreach strategies, including digital campaigns, media collaborations, conference promotion, and social media operations to boost journal visibility and citation impact. 6.Represent the Journal at Industry Events and Academic Conferences Attend major academic conferences, publishing exhibitions, and seminars domestically and internationally to showcase the journal's achievements and strengths, expanding its academic network and brand influence. 7.Facilitate Internal Capacity Building and Promote Team Development Organize and participate in team training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing meetings. Support continuous development in editorial standards, publishing tools, and international practices, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture. 8.Undertake Strategic Tasks and Special Assignments Assigned by the Company Support initiatives such as new journal launches, database integration, policy response, system development, data analysis, and report writing as required. II. Qualifications 1.Educational Background Master’s degree or above in science, engineering, management, social sciences, or related fields preferred. Overseas study or research experience is a plus. 2.Academic Publishing Experience At least two years of experience in academic journal publishing or a related field. Familiarity with international publishing workflows and major platforms (e.g., ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, OJS) is required. Experience in journal management is highly preferred. 3.Language and Communication Skills Proficient in English reading, writing, and professional communication. Able to work effectively in a fully English-speaking environment, including email, phone, documentation, and meetings. 4.Professional and Managerial Skills Strong project management, process optimization, problem-solving, and resource coordination abilities. Knowledge of scholarly communication trends, open access policies, and journal evaluation systems is advantageous. 5.Learning Ability and Growth Potential Highly adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and innovate. Compensation and Benefits 1.Competitive Salary Structure Attractive and competitive compensation: Minimum starting monthly salary of RMB 10,000 for Master’s degree holders and RMB 15,000 for PhD holders.
