崗位職責(zé):
- Assist the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies, and workflows.
- Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, bid evaluations, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and distribute procurement reports to stakeholders.
- Review and draft procurement contracts under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.
- Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report deviations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Conduct supplier due diligence to minimize risks.
- Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and sustainability standards.
- Support audits by preparing documentation and addressing compliance gaps.
- Train and mentor junior procurement staff, ensuring alignment with company processes.
- Monitor team performance and workflow efficiency, escalating critical issues to the Procurement Manager.
崗位要求:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for cost modeling and reporting.
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and digital sourcing tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or project site inspections.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience using procurement software and ERP systems.
