Education & Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields. 2. At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with 3 years in HRSSC management preferred. 3. Familiarity with the operating model and service processes of HRSSC. 4. Proficient in HR management knowledge, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, etc. 5. Strong data analysis skills, able to use data analysis tools for data processing and analysis. 6. Proficient in HRIS and good at English.
