工作概要： 組織跟蹤供應(yīng)商技術(shù)評(píng)估交流、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估; 項(xiàng)目中外協(xié)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度、問題改進(jìn)、工程更改跟蹤落實(shí)。按節(jié)點(diǎn)完成OTS認(rèn)可以及PPAP批準(zhǔn)和移交；牽頭外協(xié)件模檢具設(shè)計(jì)方案審核工作（包括工程更改）；負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤外協(xié)件模檢具的試模、問題整改工作及模檢具資料歸檔移交。 主要職責(zé)： 1.了解項(xiàng)目初始技術(shù)資料，參與評(píng)估外協(xié)件/供應(yīng)商開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)Understand projects initial technical documents, take part in review risk of outsourcing parts/supplier development. 2.參與收集供應(yīng)商TA資料及組織TA評(píng)審 Collect suppliers TA documents and organize TA review. 3.評(píng)審供應(yīng)商項(xiàng)目策劃方案及模檢具開發(fā)方案Review suppliers project planning and mould/checking fixture development plan. 4.對(duì)外協(xié)零件模具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行可行性評(píng)估，對(duì)檢具進(jìn)行可行性評(píng)估以及認(rèn)可，并對(duì)相關(guān)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行管理。Feasibility Assessment of External Parts Mould Inspection Tool Design, manage related mould and checking fixture suppliers 5.監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商模檢具工裝制造進(jìn)度 Monitor suppliers mould/checking fixture manufacturing schedule. 6.收集/審核/會(huì)簽測量計(jì)劃 Collect/review/countersign measurement planning. 7.新品進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)初期培訓(xùn)檢驗(yàn)員 Train incoming inspector for new parts. 8.審核供應(yīng)商早期生產(chǎn)遏制準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài) Review suppliers early containment ready status 9.參與外協(xié)件試模，確認(rèn)樣件狀態(tài)并跟蹤推進(jìn)問題整改 Take part in sourcing part trail produce, confirm samples status and follow up/push issues correction. 10.跟蹤供應(yīng)商各階段交樣、整問題改和效果驗(yàn)證Follow up suppliers samples delivery ,correct issue and verify effects during each phases 11.供應(yīng)商工程更改評(píng)估反饋，跟蹤供應(yīng)商新項(xiàng)目工程更改執(zhí)行Review and comment about suppliers engineering changing, follow up performance of suppliers new project engineering changing. 12.支持推進(jìn)IMDS/CAMDS填報(bào)Support/push IMDS/CAMDS input. 13.供應(yīng)商APQP資料的收集Collect suppliers APQP documents 14.新項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)商3C認(rèn)證以及簽訂的試驗(yàn)大綱完成實(shí)驗(yàn)的關(guān)控3C qualification for suppliers new project and gate of complete test based on signed test plan 15.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派的其他工作 Complete others tasks assigned by leader
