職位描述
海外供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)鏈管理商務(wù)英語
崗位職責(zé)：
1、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理加強對部門及集團分公司業(yè)務(wù)的信息溝通和反饋,及時準(zhǔn)確的傳遞相關(guān)信息，為公司經(jīng)營提供決策支持；
2、 協(xié)助收集材料及供應(yīng)商信息，準(zhǔn)確傳達給經(jīng)理并協(xié)助經(jīng)理進行市場、渠道的開發(fā)，重要客戶和供應(yīng)商的跟進以及維護工作；
3、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理供應(yīng)商談判的前期準(zhǔn)備，參與商務(wù)洽談及項目推進工作；
4、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好對本部門供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)管控與計劃的跟進，以及考勤和協(xié)調(diào)管理；
5、 負責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)整理，根據(jù)上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的需求編制分析表格，為上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策提供關(guān)鍵性分析內(nèi)容；
6、 跟進經(jīng)理交辦的其它事務(wù)工作；
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，商務(wù)英語專業(yè)；
2、具有良好的英語閱讀能力和口語表達能力；
3、熟悉Word、Excel等辦公軟件操作；
4、具有數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
