崗位職責:
1.全面負責班組生產(chǎn)組織管理工作,主持本班組的日常事務。
2.負責生產(chǎn)作業(yè)人員管理:包括人員配置、生產(chǎn)安排、考勤、績效、培訓等。
3.負責生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的現(xiàn)場管理,檢查、督促、指導員工執(zhí)行5S、安全生產(chǎn)管理。
4.嚴格執(zhí)行工藝規(guī)程、質(zhì)量標準,確保規(guī)范操作,工作記錄清晰、真實、整潔。
5.合理高效安排生產(chǎn)計劃,提高員工士氣,提高生產(chǎn)效率,確保各項KPI指標達成。
6.組織實施現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的自主維護,確保設(shè)備高效運轉(zhuǎn)。
7.組織并帶領(lǐng)班組員工參與各類培訓,提升員工專業(yè)技能,規(guī)劃和實施團隊人才的培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展。
8 完成上級領(lǐng)導安排的其他任務。
任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,食品、機械、電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. 生產(chǎn)管理3年以上,熟悉飲料行業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程與生產(chǎn)過程管控者優(yōu)先。
3. 了解5S、標準化等生產(chǎn)工具,具備一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)及管理能力。
4. 積極的工作態(tài)度,具備良好的問題解決和應變能力。
5. 工作認真踏實,具備較強的責任心和執(zhí)行力。
6. 接受倒班。
Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the production organization and management of the team and presiding over the daily affairs of the team.
2. Manage production personnel, including personnel allocation, production arrangements, attendance, performance, training, etc.
3. Responsible for on-site management of production operations, inspecting, supervising, and guiding employees to implement 5S and safety production management.
4. Strictly implement process procedures and quality standards to ensure standardized operations, clear, authentic, and tidy work records.
5. Reasonably and efficiently arrange production plans, improve employee morale, improve production efficiency, and ensure the achievement of various KPI indicators.
6. Organize and implement independent maintenance of on-site equipment to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
7. Organize and lead team members to participate in various trainings, enhance their professional skills, and plan and implement the cultivation and development of team talents.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
1. Diploma degree or above, major in food, machinery, electronics, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of production management experience, familiar with the production process and control in the beverage industry is preferred.
3. Understand production tools such as 5S and standardization, and possess certain organizational, coordination, and management abilities.
4. Positive working attitude, good problem solving and adaptability.
5. Work diligently and steadfastly, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
6. Accept the shift work system.
