崗位內(nèi)容：
1. 協(xié)助管理層擬定適當(dāng)?shù)男匠牦w系，吸引、挽留優(yōu)秀人才；
2. 挖掘和推廣有效的招聘渠道，如社交媒體或校園招聘活動等，建立和維護(hù)人才庫。
3. 制定和傳達(dá)有效的面試流程和技巧，確保成功率和聘用質(zhì)量。
4. 分析數(shù)據(jù)、關(guān)注市場發(fā)展趨勢，從而更好地了解競爭對手并制定更具競爭力的招聘戰(zhàn)略。
5. 協(xié)調(diào)督促部門完成工作，尤其是人事相關(guān)的項目。
任職要求：
1. 大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷；
2. 1年或以上相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 在招聘流程、人才測評和激勵方面有深入的了解；
4. 具備卓越的溝通、分析和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
5. 對新技術(shù)和軟件平臺具有敏銳性，能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)增加對候選人的預(yù)測準(zhǔn)確度。
