Job Responsibilities 崗位職責： 1. Contact domestic imported and exported book suppliers, and implement the procurement and acceptance of Chinese and foreign languages books, periodicals, materials, CDS, and other literature resources. 聯系國內進出口圖書供應商，落實中外文圖書、期刊、資料、光盤等文獻資源的采購、驗收等工作； 5. Liaise with the library of the City University of Hong Kong, government units, and publications, and plan customs clearance and review procedures for overseas book donations according to relevant international regulations. 與香港城市大學圖書館及政府單位、出版物進口經營單位接洽，并按國家相關規(guī)定，規(guī)劃境外圖書捐贈的通關、審核等流程； 6. Plan and coordinate the procurement and construction of the library database, management system, and related information retrieval platform, as well as subsequent operation and maintenance. 規(guī)劃和統(tǒng)籌圖書館數據庫、管理系統(tǒng)及有關的信息檢索平臺的采購與構建，及后續(xù)的運營維護； 7. Deploy websites and mobile applications to provide smart library services. 部署網站和移動應用程序以提供智能圖書館服務； 8. Cooperate with the Campus Development and Facilities Management Office to jointly plan the construction and equipment allocation of the library. 配合校園發(fā)展及設施管理處，共同規(guī)劃圖書館的建設及設備配置； 9.
