職位描述:
市場媒介類/Marketing&Media
1、根據(jù)品牌定位&目標(biāo)用戶,篩選符合品牌調(diào)性的KOL/KOC在新媒體平臺(含小紅書、抖音、雙微等)進(jìn)行推廣傳播;
2、基于達(dá)人投放效果,定期進(jìn)行復(fù)盤&調(diào)整,對投放效果負(fù)責(zé)。
1. Select KOL/KOC that conforms to the brand tonality and promote it on new media platforms (including Little Red Book, Tik Tok, Weibo and Wechat etc.) according to the brand positioning & target users;
2. Review and adjust marketing strategy based on the outcome of influencer's delivery on a regular base, and be responsible for the content serving.
職位要求:
1、在2023年1月-2025年8月期間內(nèi)畢業(yè) 海內(nèi)外本科以上學(xué)歷(本/碩/博)的同學(xué)皆可投遞;
2、市場營銷、傳播學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)等專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3、網(wǎng)感好,熟悉新媒體平臺(包括但不限于小紅書、抖音、雙微等);
4、良好的溝通能力,能夠從容大方的對外交流。
1. Candidates graduating between January 2023 and August 2025 with a bachelor's degree or higher (undergraduate/graduate/PhD) from domestic or international universities.
2. Marketing, Communication, Art and other majors are preferred;
3. Internet enthusiasts; be familiarity with new media platforms (including but not limited to Little Red Book, Tik Tok, Weibo and Wechat, etc.);
4. With good communication skills; be able to calmly and generously communicate with foreigners.
