崗位職責：
- SEM投放與優(yōu)化： 負責公司在海外市場的SEM投放策略，提升網(wǎng)站流量，優(yōu)化關鍵詞排名，通過SEM數(shù)據(jù)分析調(diào)整策略，以提高品牌在搜索引擎上的曝光。
- 社交媒體內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作協(xié)助： 協(xié)助團隊在海外主流社交平臺的內(nèi)容策劃、撰寫製作社交媒體海報等視覺素材，確保內(nèi)容符合市場需求並協(xié)助提升品牌知名度。
- 活動策劃協(xié)助： 協(xié)助團隊執(zhí)行線上推廣活動，如活動行銷、KOL合作、社群互動等，提升品牌曝光和用戶參與度
- 數(shù)據(jù)分析與優(yōu)化： 協(xié)助分析社交媒體和SEO數(shù)據(jù)，跟蹤運營效果並根據(jù)反饋優(yōu)化策略，確保內(nèi)容精準觸達目標用戶。
- 教育背景： ?？萍耙陨蠈W歷，市場行銷、傳播學、新聞學等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
- 語言能力： 英語讀寫能力，具備正常交流能力。
- 工作經(jīng)驗： 至少1年海外社交媒體運營或數(shù)字行銷經(jīng)驗，具備SEO優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- 設計基礎： 熟悉設計軟件，有基本的設計編輯能力。
- 數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動意識： 能利用數(shù)據(jù)分析推動內(nèi)容優(yōu)化和策略調(diào)整。

- SEO Campaigns and Optimization: Responsible for the SEO strategy in overseas markets, improving website traffic, optimizing keyword rankings, and adjusting strategies based on SEO data analysis to enhance brand exposure on search engines.
- Social Media Content Creation and Publishing: Assist the team in planning, writing, and publishing content on major overseas social platforms, ensuring content meets market demands and helping increase brand awareness.
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist the team in developing and executing online promotional activities, such as event marketing, KOL collaborations, and community interactions, to increase brand exposure and user engagement.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Assist in analyzing social media and SEO data, track operational performance, and optimize strategies based on feedback to ensure content accurately reaches the target audience.
- Educational Background: Associate degree or above, preferably in marketing, communication, journalism, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English reading and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of overseas social media operations or digital marketing experience. SEO optimization experience is a plus.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with design software and basic image and short video editing capabilities.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use data analysis to drive content optimization and strategy adjustments.
- Comfortable Work Environment: A 10 AM to 7 PM schedule with a lunch break, weekends off, national holidays, no overtime culture, and a focus on work-life balance.
