關(guān)于我們: 2015年11月,美國辦公室于加州San Jose注冊,搭建團(tuán)隊并開始運(yùn)營。四年時間內(nèi)它在中國北京,德國漢堡分別建立了新的分支,將美洲,亞洲,歐洲市場進(jìn)行同步開發(fā)與銜接。2019年8月,在新的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展要求下,三個分支機(jī)構(gòu)共同完成了業(yè)務(wù)整合與組織架構(gòu)調(diào)整,統(tǒng)歸集團(tuán)公司管理。公司長期致力于將客戶商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合助力客戶公司實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化發(fā)展,推動客戶行業(yè)地位快速提升.在未來的十年內(nèi),福睿思特會持續(xù)在全球多個城市開設(shè)辦公室,便于面對面服務(wù)世界各地的客戶。工作職責(zé): 1.了解客戶需求,專注于行業(yè)中高端候選人尋訪工作,掌握訪尋標(biāo)準(zhǔn),明確尋訪方向和目標(biāo)公司2.服務(wù)合作中客戶,開發(fā)潛在的客戶資源,與意向客戶簽約合作合同 3.根據(jù)企業(yè)客戶需求,按照公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過各種渠道尋訪人選,協(xié)助顧問甄選推薦人選,協(xié)調(diào)安排客戶面試、協(xié)調(diào)背景調(diào)查、薪酬談判及上崗輔助 4.積累豐富的行業(yè)候選人資源,與候選人保持良好溝通,候選人入職前、中、后的跟蹤服務(wù),并為候選人提供相應(yīng)的中長期職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃 5.密切關(guān)注行業(yè)人才信息,與客戶和候選人保持良好關(guān)系,了解市場動態(tài),尋找和挖掘業(yè)務(wù)信息,進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)拓展 6.及時更新數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成直線領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的其他工作協(xié)助進(jìn)行Offer談判、簽署、以及背景調(diào)查等工作 7.完成月底工作考核,達(dá)成績效考核目標(biāo)。任職要求: 1本科及以上學(xué)歷,(海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先)英語可作為工作語言2.擁有成熟的客戶群體,可以為海外團(tuán)隊提供優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源及后續(xù)維護(hù) 3.對人力資源行業(yè)有熱情,有相關(guān)人力,咨詢顧問式銷售工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,較好的語言溝通表達(dá)能力,思維邏輯,分析能力 4.堅毅,自知,商業(yè)思維俱佳. 5.有個人明確的中長期職業(yè)規(guī)劃,認(rèn)同公司的企業(yè)文化,價值觀。工作形式:Home-base居家辦公薪資福利: 1薪資結(jié)構(gòu):基本工資+績效工資+項目提成(40%-70%) 2五險一金:全額繳納比例,公積金按照12%比例繳納 3遠(yuǎn)程居家辦公彈性的工作時間 4雙休,年假,國家法定帶薪假期,生日及節(jié)日禮品福利
