SAP系統(tǒng)管理庫(kù)存盤(pán)點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品維修
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO(具體職責(zé)包括但不限于):
BASIC FUNCTION(基本職能):
● Responsible for managing overall service order process through SAP, including quotation, cost calculation, service order forecast, order entry, repair sales KPI and service centre inventory management.
● 負(fù)責(zé)通過(guò)SAP管理服務(wù)訂單的整個(gè)流程。整合服務(wù)的整個(gè)計(jì)劃流程,同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)維修分析服務(wù)訂單的預(yù)測(cè),以及訂單輸機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售KPI, 同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)庫(kù)房管理。
● 通過(guò)SAP管理維修中心維修訂單,熟練使用SAP系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)錄入維修訂單。倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理,辦公室文件整理、歸檔。參考維修產(chǎn)能狀態(tài)協(xié)助維修中心經(jīng)理制定維修日計(jì)劃、月計(jì)劃,并督促完成。
PRIMARY DUTIES(主要職責(zé)):
● Familiar and utilize SAP to manage service order, including enquiry creation, quotation, price confirmation, returned seal registering, order entry, procurement request release, wok order release, TECO and billing.
● 利用SAP管理服務(wù)訂單,包括從創(chuàng)建服務(wù)訂單、報(bào)價(jià)、確認(rèn)報(bào)價(jià)、零件接收、TECO、開(kāi)發(fā)票整個(gè)流程
● Be familiar with SAP SM model, ensure data up to date and accurate. Error rate is less than 3%. Using SAP to analyse service KPI.
● 熟練使用SAP SM模塊,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確錄入維修訂單,確保系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。每年度維修訂單”系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)“和“用戶狀態(tài)”錯(cuò)誤率不超過(guò)3%。通過(guò)SAP來(lái)分析服務(wù)的KPI
● Provide service order output forecast and KPI analysis.
● 熟悉公司維修中心KPI,確保維修訂單數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)并盡力滿足KPI要求。每年度KPI超期不超過(guò)5%
● Responsible on tracking service order progress and timly coodinate with related function in order to meet customer needs.
● 負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)訂單的跟進(jìn): 維修訂單的狀態(tài)跟進(jìn),提醒、配合服務(wù)中心經(jīng)理跟進(jìn)維修訂單進(jìn)度。配合服務(wù)中心經(jīng)理完成各項(xiàng)維修任務(wù),督促區(qū)域銷售及時(shí)下合同確保WCAO超期訂單數(shù)量不超過(guò)30個(gè),及時(shí)收款確保TECO NO BILLING訂單的數(shù)量不超過(guò)30個(gè)。質(zhì)量反饋訂單的及時(shí)錄入及關(guān)閉。
● Responsible to update order status and action required during daily accountability meeting.
● 負(fù)責(zé)在每天的服務(wù)晨會(huì)與服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通服務(wù)訂單的狀態(tài)和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
● Work with central operation in Tianjin for the waiting part’s delivery, ensure the parts arrival on time.
● 負(fù)責(zé)與天津工廠運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)就零件交付時(shí)間進(jìn)行日常溝通、督促。及時(shí)與運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)及其它各維修中心協(xié)調(diào)緊急需求及超期需求。確保維修中心OTD數(shù)據(jù)的持續(xù)提升。
● Propose continue improvement ideas based on the gap between service KPI target and actual performance.
● 根據(jù)服務(wù)KPI,以及與實(shí)際情況的差距,督促服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)改善工作
● Be responsible for service centre inventory management, including daily goods in/out, parts picking for work order, inventory counting, and customer inventory management based on agreement.
● 負(fù)責(zé)管理庫(kù)房。每年庫(kù)存零件至少一次進(jìn)行100%盤(pán)點(diǎn),達(dá)到賬實(shí)相符率98%以上。及時(shí)收貨,檢查訂單到貨狀態(tài)。收貨及時(shí)率不低于99%,準(zhǔn)確出庫(kù)零件,COGI錯(cuò)誤為“0”, 訂單出貨準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)到100%。
● Daily team and subsidiary activity administration.
● 服務(wù)中心日常的行政工作支持。負(fù)責(zé)辦公區(qū)域及庫(kù)房的5S管理 ; 負(fù)責(zé)辦公區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,辦公室水電費(fèi)、電話費(fèi)繳納,負(fù)責(zé)分公司報(bào)稅、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照年檢。負(fù)責(zé)辦公室文件整理、歸檔工作。
● Report all kinds of customer complaints to the relevant departments in a timely manner in the form required by the company
● 及時(shí)的將各類客訴以公司要求的形式報(bào)告給相關(guān)的部門(mén)。
● Other duties as assigned.
● 公司安排的其他工作。

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(學(xué)歷及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求):
● 本科及以上學(xué)歷,有機(jī)械專業(yè)或相近專業(yè)的教育背景Bachelor degree or above.Major on Mechanical engineering is preferred
● 至少3年以上機(jī)械行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 3 years’ experience in mechanical industry
● 熟練使用SAP軟件進(jìn)行訂單的日常操作 Good at SAP or other ERP system
● 數(shù)據(jù)分析技能,能夠依據(jù)SAP數(shù)據(jù)做出數(shù)據(jù)分析 Skill for data analysis.
● 精通EXCEL基本技能 Fluent on EXCEL.
● 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件如 MS Office (particularly Excel), MS Outlook, Fluent on Office, outlook tools
● 能夠使用英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行口頭和書(shū)面交流Can use English as a working language both in verbal and written.
● 保持與利益相關(guān)者良好關(guān)系的能力Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders.
