任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷,3年及以上外貿(mào)行業(yè)商業(yè)/銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有資源更佳;
2. 口語(yǔ)流利,能以英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言,與外籍同事高效溝通;
3. 優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)管理能力、談判技巧、供應(yīng)鏈/銷售管理能力、市場(chǎng)分析能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力;
4. 熟練操作Office等辦公軟件,誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠,能承擔(dān)較大的工作壓力。
Job Description
1. Develop and implement commercial/sales strategies: Develop commercial sales plans based on company budget, negotiate selling prices and terms to ensure efficient and compliant selling processes.
2. Manage good relationships with customer: Establish good cooperation with customers, monitor supplier’s performance, meet/resolve customer’s needs/issues, and ensure smooth shipping/logistic operations.
3. Manage sales/commercial team: Lead and guide the work of the sales/commercial team, assign tasks, train team members, and ensure the team’s goals are achieved.
4. Conduct market analysis: Research market dynamics, understand market trends, seek new customer resources, and proactively alert market risks.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with 3 years or more of commercial/sales management experience in the foreign trade industry, having customer base resources is preferable.
2. Able to use English as a working language and communicate effectively with foreign colleagues.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, commercial/logistic chain management abilities, market analysis capabilities, and team management skills.
4. Proficient in operating Office and other office software, honest and reliable, able to handle significant work pressure.
