職位要求
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷、計算機科學(xué)、數(shù)字媒體或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
? 大學(xué)英語四級(CET-4)或以上英語水平,具備優(yōu)秀的英語閱讀和寫作能力,具有英文環(huán)境的工作或?qū)W習(xí)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
? 至少2年海外數(shù)字營銷經(jīng)驗,具備扎實的SEO知識和實踐經(jīng)驗,至少1年Google Ads操作經(jīng)驗。
? 熟練使用Google Analytics、Google Search Console、SEMrush等SEO和SEM工具。
? 良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,能夠根據(jù)分析結(jié)果優(yōu)化SEO和SEM策略。

主要職責(zé)
? SEO優(yōu)化:負責(zé)核心關(guān)鍵詞的研究和頁面優(yōu)化,提升網(wǎng)站在搜索引擎的排名,并增加自然流量。定期審查網(wǎng)站結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容和技術(shù)SEO,確保符合SEO最佳實踐。
? SEM策略管理:與第三方廣告合作商密切合作,管理Google Ads等廣告投放。確保廣告系列的策略、目標關(guān)鍵詞、廣告創(chuàng)意等符合公司營銷目標。
? 數(shù)據(jù)分析與優(yōu)化:定期分析SEO和SEM的表現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)(如流量、排名、點擊率、轉(zhuǎn)化率等),根據(jù)分析結(jié)果調(diào)整策略,提升整體營銷效果。

Google SEO Specialist
Position Overview
We are looking for a Google SEO Specialist to manage SEO optimization and SEM advertising campaigns to help improve website rankings, increase traffic, and drive conversions. This role requires a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, along with the opportunity to gradually take on SEM tasks (e.g., Google Ads) and contribute to the execution of digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with content, technical, and marketing teams to improve overall marketing performance.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
? A minimum of CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency, with excellent reading and writing abilities in English. Experience working or studying in an English-speaking environment is preferred.
? At least 2 years of digital marketing experience with strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience, and at least 1 year of experience with Google Ads.
? Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO and SEM tools.
? Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize SEO and SEM strategies based on performance data.
? Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with other departments.
? Self-driven, able to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
? SEO Optimization: Research and optimize core keywords to improve website rankings on search engines and increase organic traffic. Regularly review website structure, content, and technical SEO to ensure best practices are being followed.
? SEM Campaign Management: Manage Google Ads and other SEM campaigns, creating and executing ad campaigns, optimizing keywords and ad creatives, improving click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates, and ensuring efficient use of the ad budget.
? Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze SEO and SEM performance metrics (e.g., traffic, rankings, CTR, conversion rates), adjust strategies based on data insights, and optimize overall marketing effectiveness.
? Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to ensure website content is SEO-friendly; work closely with the technical team to improve website speed, mobile experience, and other technical aspects for better SEO performance; coordinate with the marketing team to align SEO and SEM activities with overall marketing strategies.
? Industry Trends and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry SEO and SEM trends, perform competitor analysis, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
