Position Name: High School Chinese Teacher (CAIE or AP curriculum teaching experience is preferred)
Supervisor: Head of Department
1. Design and implement lesson plans that build students’ subject-specific skills and foster critical thinking and a deeper appreciation for the subject matter.
2. Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to create dynamic, personalized learning experiences. Leverage digital tools for analysis, feedback, and collaboration, supporting the development of modern digital literacy.
3. Provide individualized support to meet diverse learning needs, offering additional tutorials or resources for students with varying abilities and interests.
4. Actively contribute to extracurricular and co-curricular programs, including subject-specific clubs, workshops, or events that extend learning beyond the classroom.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to create interdisciplinary learning experiences, integrating the subject with other disciplines to enhance understanding and relevance.
6. Foster an inclusive and well-managed classroom environment that supports open dialogue, cultural sensitivity, and mutual respect among students.
7. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback and tracking growth in the school’s system.
8. Maintain positive relationships with parents by providing regular updates on student progress, participating in parent-teacher conferences, and collaborating to support student success.
9. Engage in professional development, curriculum development, and school initiatives. Stay updated on best practices in education and continuously enhance instructional skills.
10. Uphold and model the school’s core values, contributing to a positive school culture through all teaching and interactions with colleagues and students.
11. Support curriculum development, faculty meetings, interdisciplinary initiatives, and school events. Offer elective courses or clubs, participate in study trips, and assist with admissions-related activities when needed.
12. Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the head of department, division directors or principals.

4. 積極參與課外及聯(lián)課活動(dòng)，組織學(xué)科相關(guān)社團(tuán)、工作坊或主題活動(dòng)，延伸課堂學(xué)習(xí)。
5. 與跨學(xué)科教師協(xié)作開發(fā)融合多領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的教學(xué)項(xiàng)目，增強(qiáng)學(xué)科關(guān)聯(lián)性與現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
6. 營造包容有序的課堂環(huán)境，倡導(dǎo)開放對(duì)話、文化包容與相互尊重。
7. 通過形成性及總結(jié)性評(píng)估定期追蹤學(xué)生進(jìn)展，提供建設(shè)性反饋并記錄成長數(shù)據(jù)。
8. 與家長保持密切溝通，定期更新學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況，參與家長會(huì)并協(xié)作支持學(xué)生發(fā)展。
9. 參與專業(yè)發(fā)展培訓(xùn)、課程開發(fā)及學(xué)校倡議項(xiàng)目，持續(xù)更新教育理念并精進(jìn)教學(xué)能力。
10. 踐行并傳遞學(xué)校核心價(jià)值觀，通過教學(xué)與互動(dòng)為積極校園文化貢獻(xiàn)力量。
11. 支持學(xué)校活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行（如選修課、社團(tuán)指導(dǎo)、研學(xué)旅行、招生輔助等）。
12. 完成學(xué)科組長、學(xué)部主任或校長合理交辦的其他任務(wù)。
