2)參與項目質(zhì)量包括CV/DV/PV樣品階段直到SOP，項目開發(fā)階段應(yīng)加入質(zhì)量問題分析過程，如根本原因分析、8D報告審核等。Participate project quality include CV/DV/PV sample phase until SOP, should join root cause analysis, 8D report review etc. in project phase. 3)負責(zé)樣品的交付，預(yù)測管理等，直到SOP; Be responsible for sample delivery, forecast mgmt etc. until SOP; 4)管理客戶和內(nèi)部團隊溝通，對項目團隊成員擁有一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和資源利用能力。Manage the communication for both customer and internal team, leadership ability on project team member and resource leverage. 5)參與評估和管理項目的商業(yè)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險，并將項目管理計劃之外的決策需求上報給管理團隊；Participate assess and manage commercial & technical risks of the projects and escalate decision needs beyond Project Management Plan to the management team;

6)與本地和遠程團隊一起參與并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各種項目審查、TG、每日/每周/每月. Participate and lead the various project review, 4 blockers, TG, daily / weekly / monthly with local and virtual team. 7)支持項目經(jīng)理完成任務(wù)；Support project manager to complete job well; 8)是所負責(zé)項目事宜的直接責(zé)任人; Be the direct responsible person for his/her projects items;

Qualifications Required/必需的資格: 1)知悉PPAP、APQP、AEC-Q100/200、TS16949等汽車行業(yè)標準和資質(zhì)。Have knowledge of automotive industry standards and qualifications such as PPAP, APQP, AEC-Q100/200, TS16949 etc. 2)在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向、合作、探索、溝通以及項目管理方法方面一定的技能; Have skills in leadership, result orientation, cooperation, probing, and communication as well as Project Management Methods; 3)知悉新產(chǎn)品的項目管理理論、工具和工程設(shè)計流程，有超過1年相關(guān)職能工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; Have knowledge in Project Management theories, tools and Engineering & Design process for a new product, if have more than 1 years working experience in related function, is a plus; 4)具有項目運行NPI流程、配置管理和變更管理能力; 良好的的時間和優(yōu)先級管理、探究、問題分析能力、清晰的思維和邏輯能; Have ability to run NPI process, configuration management and change management in the project; Good time & priority mgmt, probing, problem analytics skills, clear thinking and logical ability 5)一定的矩陣式組織中的社交能力以及跨職能團隊協(xié)調(diào)能力；Social skills in a matrix organization and cross-functional team coordination skill; 6)一定的合同和商業(yè)實踐知識；Know-how in Contracting and commercial practice; 7)具有基礎(chǔ)工程知識和接觸，快速學(xué)習(xí)和快速適應(yīng)新技術(shù)和應(yīng)用; Have fundamental engineering knowledge & exposure, quick learner and adapt to new technology & application quickly; 8) 勇于演說以及寫作，擁有英語技能更佳; Courageous in the speaker and writer, Better in English skill; 9)具有一定的壓力適應(yīng)能力、文化差異和包容多樣性；Ability to adapt the pressure, culture differences and inclusive the diversity;
