廣告/公關(guān)公司甲方市場(chǎng)部品牌方向
? Assist in planning and coordinating events to enhance the public’s understanding of HOKA brand spirit, particularly the product launch events, store-opening events, brand experience events, celebrity attendance events, etc.
? Contribute to event design and on-trend event concept, immersive experience that could inspire agency for a better offline experience.
? Lead event agency in planning the event rundown and manpower allocation, coordinate the delivery of all event materials (invitations, gifts for guests, etc.) , also secure the public security approval.
? Liaise with external vendors (photographers, event agency, PR agency, celebrity agency, etc.), and internal cross-function, cross-team (social, digital, retail, spoma , community, VM in MKT and EC, Merch, DTC & Wholesale department In BU) , also assist line manager to oversee internal guests’ arrangements for the delivery of events and manage on-site.
? Deliver event report after each case. Keep an eye on competitors big events’ showcase, and lead agency to generate competitors’ action review.
? ?協(xié)助策劃和協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng),以提高公眾對(duì)HOKA品牌精神的理解,特別是產(chǎn)品發(fā)布活動(dòng)、店鋪開(kāi)業(yè)活動(dòng)、品牌體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)、名人出席活動(dòng)等。
? 為活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)和潮流活動(dòng)概念做出貢獻(xiàn),沉浸式體驗(yàn)可以激勵(lì)機(jī)構(gòu)獲得更好的線下體驗(yàn)。
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)活動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)規(guī)劃活動(dòng)日程和人力分配,協(xié)調(diào)所有活動(dòng)材料(邀請(qǐng)函、客人禮物等)的交付,并獲得公安部門(mén)的批準(zhǔn)。
? 與外部供應(yīng)商(攝影師、活動(dòng)代理、公關(guān)代理、名人代理等)以及內(nèi)部跨職能、跨團(tuán)隊(duì)(社交、數(shù)字、零售、spoma、社區(qū)、MKT和EC的VM、Merch、DTC和BU的批發(fā)部門(mén))聯(lián)絡(luò),并協(xié)助直線經(jīng)理監(jiān)督內(nèi)部客人對(duì)活動(dòng)交付的安排和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理。
? 在每個(gè)病例后提交事件報(bào)告。密切關(guān)注競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的大型活動(dòng)展示,并帶領(lǐng)代理機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的行動(dòng)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。
Content Development :
? For each PR event, assisting line manager in delivering high quality communications to amplify event exposure.
? Monitor PR Agency in developing and implementing PR storytelling through event, generating compelling story angles and pitching stories to target media.
? Lead the overall PR rundown, combine key media, KOL, celebrity, runners…etc. to maximum brand exposure.
? To be innovative on PR content generation and new way/new channel for PR.
? To be involved in global PR team communication with local team.
? 對(duì)于每一次公關(guān)活動(dòng),協(xié)助直線經(jīng)理提供高質(zhì)量的溝通,以擴(kuò)大活動(dòng)曝光率。
? 監(jiān)督公關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)通過(guò)活動(dòng)制定和實(shí)施公關(guān)故事,產(chǎn)生引人注目的故事角度,并向目標(biāo)媒體推銷故事。
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)整體公關(guān)工作,結(jié)合關(guān)鍵媒體、關(guān)鍵意見(jiàn)領(lǐng)袖、名人、跑步者等。最大化品牌曝光率。
? 在公關(guān)內(nèi)容生成和公關(guān)新方式/新渠道方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。
? 參與全球公關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)與當(dāng)?shù)貓F(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通。
