? Prepare shipping documents and deliver to nominated forwarder;
準(zhǔn)備裝運(yùn)文件并交付給指定的貨運(yùn)代理；
? Work with 3PL to receive shipping schedule and confirm delivery;
與第三方物流合作，接收發(fā)貨時間表并確認(rèn)發(fā)貨；
? Track and monitor the goods status effectively and communicate with related party for any abnormal situations and take action to correct immediately;
有效跟蹤和監(jiān)控貨物狀態(tài)，與相關(guān)方溝通任何異常情況，并立即采取措施糾正；
? Ensure all Docs are filed and kept well so that can be traceable;
確保所有文件歸檔并妥善保管，以便可追溯；
? Regular export shipment report.
定期出口裝運(yùn)報告。
Requirements：
? College degree or above;
大專或以上學(xué)歷；
? Experience in customs clearance coordinate is preferred
有報關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
? Experience in ERP is preferred
有ERP經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
? Self-start work attitude ;
Self-start的工作態(tài)度；
? Good communication and negotiating skills;
良好的溝通和談判技能；
? Master MS Office (Word, Excel).
掌握MS Office（Word、Excel）。
? Communicate with Forwarder, Customs, Customs broker or any other government department.
與貨運(yùn)代理、海關(guān)、報關(guān)行或任何其他政府部門溝通。
