1.負(fù)責(zé)來(lái)料、制程、出貨不合格品評(píng)審單問(wèn)題確認(rèn)及問(wèn)題確認(rèn);對(duì)不合格品評(píng)審單重復(fù)問(wèn)題、批量問(wèn)題的整改關(guān)閉
2.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)生產(chǎn)物料及制程問(wèn)題數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì);
3.負(fù)責(zé)核查生產(chǎn)制程執(zhí)行有效性,定期開(kāi)展過(guò)程審核、產(chǎn)品審核;
4.負(fù)責(zé)應(yīng)對(duì)售后客訴問(wèn)題,跟進(jìn)不良件分析進(jìn)度;
5.按照客戶(hù)要求整理客訴資料,匯報(bào)改善進(jìn)展,推進(jìn)客訴問(wèn)題關(guān)閉,與客戶(hù)保持良好溝通;
6.負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)審核的相關(guān)事宜,并跟蹤審核問(wèn)題整改與反饋;
7.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客戶(hù)質(zhì)量要求的內(nèi)部傳達(dá),并主導(dǎo)實(shí)施,匯報(bào)及反饋;
8.整理客訴問(wèn)題清單,召開(kāi)客訴問(wèn)題會(huì)議,推進(jìn)分析進(jìn)度以提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意及內(nèi)部質(zhì)量提升;
9.負(fù)責(zé)來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)品制程、出貨檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定/完善;
10.完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它事項(xiàng)
商用車(chē)液壓舉升系統(tǒng)、油缸有泵等經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
