Job Summary:
Responsible for Korea offshore support for employee life cycle processes including but not limit to onboarding, offboarding, transfer, HR system data maintain, leave and absence management, audit support, etc.

? HR system data maintain and validation to ensure 100% integrity and accuracy.

? Client and company audit supports.
客戶和公司審計(jì)材料支持
? Employee query answer and advice/solution provider.

Qualification:
任職資格:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferred in HR.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,HR相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
? Good writing, reading and speaking Korean skills. English reading and writing.
韓語聽說讀寫流利。能夠閱讀日常英文郵件并回復(fù)英文郵件;
? Minimum of 2 years’ transactional work experience, HR operations or PSC (People Solutions Center) process experience is preferred.
至少2年事務(wù)性工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 人事業(yè)務(wù)流程(HRO)或人力共享服務(wù)中心(PSC)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
? Familiar with Workday is preferred.
熟悉Workday系統(tǒng)操作的優(yōu)先
? Good relationship and communication skills.

? Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PPT.
熟悉和熟練操作MS日常辦公軟件如Excel, Word, PPT等
