任職要求：
1、兩年以上箱包/包袋行業(yè)品管經(jīng)驗，兩年以上品質(zhì)部門管理經(jīng)驗，
2、熟悉行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系、方案及相關(guān)行業(yè)標準
3、能熟悉運用辦公軟件
4、有較強的領(lǐng)導、組織，溝通能力
工作地點：東南亞
崗位職責：
1、負責品管部內(nèi)部的管理文件和產(chǎn)品檢驗標準的制訂；
2、每日上午、下午各一次對生產(chǎn)車間產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況的巡視；
3、負責對質(zhì)量記錄的收集、整理和保管；做好檢驗員工作能力的評定；同時協(xié)助檢驗員做好首件的封樣工作。
4、對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的不合格品組織評審，并把信息及時反饋到業(yè)務(wù)部，性質(zhì)嚴重的直接匯報到總經(jīng)理處；
5、負責不合格品的判定，對車間報廢品的評定和上報審批；
6、不定期的組織對檢驗員的業(yè)務(wù)能力培訓，提高他們的檢驗素質(zhì)；
7、負責生產(chǎn)車間操作工操作技能和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)場指導和培訓；
8、負責驗貨時的陪同，協(xié)助驗貨員的抽樣、開箱以及對存在質(zhì)量問題的溝通，對驗貨中出現(xiàn)的的問題進行及時記錄。驗貨完成，協(xié)助跟單員清理驗貨現(xiàn)場，同時做好驗貨記錄的反饋；
9、對產(chǎn)生的不合格品提出返工的建議和要求；
10、負責管理產(chǎn)品的檢驗和試驗，并做好檢驗狀態(tài)的標識管理；
11、對出廠產(chǎn)品的批次質(zhì)量問題負主要責任。
