工作職責(zé)： 1. Login in customer portal to get customer order and forecast, and process EDI order in SAP to clean read speedie. 2. Level customer forecast and set up internal production planning by weekly in SAP. 3. Maintain sales order in SAP, release deliveries in SAP, and trigger deliveries to LOT and warehouse. 4. Check the deliveries if they get stuck because of credit lock -> if so immediately inform sales team. 5. Timely adjust internal production planning and notice relevant internal colleagues based on updated internal capacity (including but not limited to shortage of labor resources and material) and unexpected demand change from customer. 6. Proactive communicate with customer in advance in case cannot meet the delivery date. 7. Follow and push the achievement of completion status of daily production plan with production planner and OP team in order to meet shipment target. 8. For cross company parts, coordinate with sales planner of other MQ locations to deal with unexpected demand change situation. 9. Attend production planning meeting (weekly / daily) to clarify planning change or priority to OP and MRP. 10. Participate in ECN workflow to be responsible for sales MRP in SAP by referring to the information in PLM. - Maintain sales master data for SOP variants - Update planning properly between different index according to ECN requirement to avoid excess or dead stock - Clean up old stock if needed establish a scrap application 11. Control finish goods inventory level, and dispose dead stock within a timely phase keep inventory under target. 12. Collaborate with sales and customer to deal with the excess stock caused by demand change. 13. Manage and achieve given KPI’s, including but not limited to OTD / ITO / customer backlog. 14. Attend the annual inventory counting to do cycle counting in shop floor and finish the assigned tasks by management. 崗位任職條件： - Must have: 1. Bachlor degree and above. 2. At least 2 years’ related planning and customer service experience in supply chain management. 3. Familiar with word,excel, and PPT. 4. Fluent in English writing, reading and listening. 5. Experience for ERP software. 6. Capability of analysis stock level of finish good and customer demand to make sure efficiency sales planning. 7. Able to work under pressure. 8. Strong responsibility sense and be proactive to drive internal production to achieve OTD. 9. High team work spirit to support relevant departments to complete task at overall level. 10. Good communication skill with customer and internal team to achieve OTD. - Nice to hae: 1. Above 2 years’ sales planning/customer service experience in manufacturing plants. 2. SAP working experience is preferred. 3. Fluent in oral English.
