OEM & FAB資源前道工序客戶(hù)服務(wù)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路
工作職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)關(guān)鍵客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù),建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系。
2. 定期拜訪(fǎng)客戶(hù),收集反饋信息,及時(shí)解決客戶(hù)問(wèn)題,提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
3. 組織客戶(hù)培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)交流活動(dòng),增強(qiáng)客戶(hù)對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的理解
4. 制定并執(zhí)行短期和長(zhǎng)期銷(xiāo)售策略,完成銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
5. 挖掘客戶(hù)潛在需求,開(kāi)拓新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),提升公司市場(chǎng)份額。
6. 與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,制定報(bào)價(jià)方案,促成合作項(xiàng)目落地
7. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)項(xiàng)目的全流程管理,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源,確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。
8. 跟蹤項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行情況,及時(shí)解決項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,確保客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度
9. 收集并分析目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,為公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和市場(chǎng)策略調(diào)整提供依據(jù)。
10. 定期向公司反饋客戶(hù)需求和市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,真空、半導(dǎo)體、機(jī)械工程、材料科學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 5年以上半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或泛半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備大客戶(hù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. 熟悉真空技術(shù)及其在半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。
4. 熟悉半導(dǎo)體前道制程以及CVD,PVD工藝。
5. 有半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備或零部件銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有半導(dǎo)體OEM或Fab廠(chǎng)資源更佳。
6. 具備良好的溝通能力和商務(wù)談判技巧。
7. 熟練使用辦公軟件,如Word、Excel、PPT等。
8. 能夠獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。
9. 具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)洞察力和問(wèn)題解決能力。
10. 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和抗壓能力。
11. 能夠適應(yīng)出差。
12. 英文熟練。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key accounts in the semiconductor industry, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
2. Conduct regular customer visits, gather feedback, promptly resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Organize customer training and technical exchange activities to improve clients' understanding of the company's products and services.
4. Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
5. Identify potential customer needs, explore new market opportunities, and increase the company's market share.
6. Engage in commercial negotiations with clients, formulate quotation proposals, and facilitate the finalization of cooperative projects.
7. Oversee end-to-end management of customer projects, coordinate internal resources, and ensure on-time project delivery.
8. Monitor project execution, promptly address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Collect and analyze target market trends and competitor intelligence to support product R&D and market strategy adjustments.
10. Regularly report customer needs and market trends to the company, driving continuous improvement in products and services.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Vacuum Technology, Semiconductor, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or related industries, with proven experience in key account management.
3. Familiarity with vacuum technology and its applications in the semiconductor field.
4. Knowledge of semiconductor front-end processes, including CVD and PVD technologies.
5. Experience in semiconductor equipment or component sales, with resources in semiconductor OEM or Fab plants being preferred.
6. Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT).
8. Ability to independently prepare project reports.
9. Strong market insight and problem-solving capabilities.
10. Excellent teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure.
11. Willingness to travel as required.
12. Fluency in English.
