崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經(jīng)營目標(biāo),制定本部門的年度工作目標(biāo)和各階段工作目標(biāo);

2、負(fù)責(zé)組織開展人力資源規(guī)章制度的擬定、修改和編寫工作,經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后組織實(shí)施并進(jìn)行監(jiān)督;

3、負(fù)責(zé)建立健全公司招聘、培訓(xùn)、績(jī)效考核、薪資福利、員工關(guān)系等人力資源體系建設(shè);

4、負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)、管理人力資源各模塊具體工作,開展管理部日常管理與團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)工作;

5、負(fù)責(zé)組織和安排公司7S檢查等相關(guān)工作;

7、了解各部門的工作動(dòng)態(tài),監(jiān)督執(zhí)行規(guī)章制度和勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律,處理員工獎(jiǎng)懲事宜;
7. Understand the work dynamics of various departments, supervise the implementation of rules and regulations and labor discipline, and handle employee rewards and punishments.
8、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、工商管理等相關(guān)專業(yè);
1. Bachelor
s degree or above, related majors in human resource management, business administration, etc.
2、8年以上制造業(yè)人事管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),5年及以上人力資源相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 5+ years in similar role.
3、 在人力資源各模塊有豐富的實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),擅長(zhǎng)招聘、培訓(xùn)、薪酬、績(jī)效等模塊,熟悉國家、地方相關(guān)政策和法律法規(guī),持有國家人力資源管理二級(jí)職稱證書優(yōu)先;
3. Rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, good at recruitment, training, salary, performance and other modules, familiar with national and local relevant policies and and regulations, and have a national second-level human resources management professional qualification certificate.
4、 具備良好的計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
