崗位職責(zé):
1、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃 Strategic Planning
根據(jù)總部戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,負(fù)責(zé)江西子公司質(zhì)量戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的落地和實(shí)施、組織架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化;
1. Execute and implement the quality strategy for Jiangxi subsidiary in alignment with headquarters
strategic directives, while driving organizational structure design and optimization;
2、質(zhì)量管理 Quality Management
建立和完善品質(zhì)管理系統(tǒng),包括質(zhì)量策劃、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量管理、過(guò)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、供應(yīng)商改善、品質(zhì)創(chuàng)新、體系審核等;
2. Develop and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), encompassing quality planning, product standards, new product development quality control, process standards, supplier quality improvement, quality innovation initiatives, and system audits;
3、品質(zhì)客訴 Quality Complaints Management
處理客訴事項(xiàng)或其他品質(zhì)需求,建立與客戶全面互動(dòng)的合作關(guān)系;
3. Address customer complaints and quality requirements, while establishing comprehensive customer engagement partnerships;
4、流程優(yōu)化 Process Excellence
主導(dǎo)子公司品質(zhì)管理流程優(yōu)化、改善和評(píng)審工作,主導(dǎo)實(shí)施專項(xiàng)品質(zhì)改善項(xiàng)目,制定改善目標(biāo)、指標(biāo)及行動(dòng)方案;
4. Spearhead quality process optimization, enhancement and review initiatives, lead cross-functional quality improvement projects with defined KPIs, targets and action plans;
5、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理 Quality Team Leadership
負(fù)責(zé)品保團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),提升品質(zhì)專業(yè)能力。
5. Build and develop the Quality Assurance team
s professional competencies.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工類(機(jī)械電子/通信工程/物理/化學(xué))等相關(guān)專業(yè);
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechatronics/Telecommunications Engineering/Physics/Chemistry) or related disciplines;
2、10年及以上電子/半導(dǎo)體封裝/汽車制造/自動(dòng)化設(shè)備類大型制造業(yè)品質(zhì)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上總監(jiān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉9001/45001/16949體系優(yōu)先;
2. 10+ years
quality management experience in large-scale manufacturing (electronics/semiconductor packaging/automotive/automation equipment), including 3+ years at director level; ISO 9001/45001/IATF 16949 knowledge preferred;
3、精通質(zhì)量管理體系,能全面組織把握內(nèi)外部認(rèn)證、審核工作的進(jìn)程和管理;
3. Expertise in QMS with ability to oversee all internal/external certification and audit processes;
4、掌握質(zhì)量工具、質(zhì)量管理體系等相關(guān)知識(shí);
4. Proficient in quality tools and QMS methodologies;
5、良好的組織管理協(xié)調(diào)能力、跨部門(mén)溝通能力和高效執(zhí)行能力;
5. Strong organizational, cross-functional collaboration and execution capabilities;
6、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,善于發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,并能有效分析、解決問(wèn)題;
6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem identification, analysis and resolution skills;
7、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練。
