崗位職責(zé):
一、戰(zhàn)略分解 Strategic Deployment
1、根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定與分解,制定江西PMC部門(mén)的戰(zhàn)略與年度經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃;
1. Develop Jiangxi PMC department
s strategy and annual business plan based on corporate strategic deployment;
2、建立適應(yīng)多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)的柔性PMC管理體系;
2. Establish a flexible PMC management system for high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production environments.
二、計(jì)劃管理 Planning Management
1、統(tǒng)籌主生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃(MPS)和物料需求計(jì)劃(MRP),確保訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付(OTD ≥ 100%)。
1. Orchestrate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance;
2、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)能規(guī)劃,平衡多品種訂單的優(yōu)先級(jí),減少換產(chǎn)時(shí)間;
2. Optimize capacity planning with dynamic order prioritization to minimize changeover time;
3、建立動(dòng)態(tài)排產(chǎn)機(jī)制,快速響應(yīng)插單、撤單、設(shè)計(jì)變更(ECN)等異常情況。
3. Implement agile scheduling to accommodate rush orders, cancellations, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
三、物料控制 Inventory Control
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司整體庫(kù)存的分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警、問(wèn)題識(shí)別,并組織優(yōu)化,推動(dòng)庫(kù)存結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,提高庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn);
1. Conduct comprehensive inventory analysis with risk alerting, issue identification, and optimization initiatives to enhance stock structure and turnover rate;
2、負(fù)責(zé)制定、指導(dǎo)實(shí)施公司物料、產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)出規(guī)則,并牽頭IT實(shí)施,推動(dòng)物料、產(chǎn)品的快速流轉(zhuǎn);
2. Develop and implement material/product flow policies, lead IT system deployment to accelerate material throughput;
3、負(fù)責(zé)呆滯物料的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)管理,推動(dòng)呆滯物料的消耗;
3. Manage slow-moving/obsolete (SLOB) inventory with dedicated consumption programs.
四、跨部門(mén)協(xié)同 Cross-functional Coordination
1、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)運(yùn)營(yíng)會(huì)議,協(xié)調(diào)銷(xiāo)售、生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)、物流等部門(mén),確保產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)平衡;
1. Chair Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align sales, production, procurement and logistics;
2、協(xié)同HR培訓(xùn)"多能工+柔性班組",實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)配,應(yīng)對(duì)訂單波動(dòng);
2. Partner with HR to develop cross-functional teams for flexible workforce deployment during demand fluctuations.
五、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理 Team Leadership
1、組建高效PMC團(tuán)隊(duì),培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃、物控等核心崗位人才。
1. Build high-performance PMC teams through competency development in planning and inventory control;
2、建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化SOP(如訂單評(píng)審流程、緊急插單規(guī)則、庫(kù)存管理規(guī)范)。
2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) including order review protocols, rush order handling rules, and inventory management standards.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)不限;
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major is not limited;
2、8年及以上大型電子、半導(dǎo)體等制造業(yè),5年以上總監(jiān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.8+ years in large-scale electronic manufacturing /semiconductor packaging industry, including 5+ years at director level
3、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)及統(tǒng)籌能力,系統(tǒng)思考和規(guī)劃、數(shù)據(jù)分析、問(wèn)題診斷能力、客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí)能力:
3.Excellent communication and coordination ability, systematic consideration and planning, data analysis, problem diagnosis ability, customer service awareness:
4、擅長(zhǎng)多品種小批量行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和物控管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
4.Professional in multi-variety and small-batch industry production planning and material control management experience;
5、熟練使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系統(tǒng)。
