崗位職責:
1、根據(jù)人力資源規(guī)劃,制定落實招聘計劃,開展招聘工作及人才儲備;
1. Execute recruitment plans and talent pipeline development in alignment with HR strategic planning;
2、維護并評估現(xiàn)有招聘渠道,篩選新的招聘渠道,包括網(wǎng)絡平臺、線下招聘會、自媒體、第三方公司等,并控制招聘成本;
2. Maintain and evaluate existing recruitment channels while sourcing new platforms (online portals, career fairs, social media, third-party agencies) with cost efficiency;
3、組織開展各項招聘工作,包括發(fā)布招聘信息、甄選候選人、組織面試、背景調(diào)查、薪酬談判、錄用流程等手續(xù);
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, background verification, compensation negotiation and onboarding;
4、完善人才職業(yè)發(fā)展體系,建立和不斷優(yōu)化職位分析、人才畫像;
4. Enhance career development framework through continuous optimization of job analysis and talent profiling;
5、建立人才儲備庫,儲備公司發(fā)展需要人才;
5. Develop a talent pool to meet organizational growth demands;
6、建立和完善公司的招聘體系,包括招聘制度、流程等。
6. Establish and refine corporate recruitment systems encompassing policies and procedures.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,人力資源等相關(guān)專業(yè);
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major in HR and other related professional;
2、五年以上中大型制造業(yè)招聘管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗;
2.5+ years large-scale manufacturing recruitment management experience;
3、熟悉國家和地方的相關(guān)勞動法律法規(guī);
3.Familiar with relevant national and local labor laws and regulations;
4、熟悉通信行業(yè)人才畫像、有行業(yè)資源優(yōu)先。
4.Familiar with the communication industry talent portrait, industry resources are preferred.
