一、工作職責(zé)： 1、動(dòng)力相關(guān)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；New product design for Engine. 2、動(dòng)力相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的改進(jìn)和提升；Product modification and promotion for Engine. 3、動(dòng)力相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算；Engine relevant design calculation. 4、新產(chǎn)品輸入和輸出技術(shù)文件的編制；Redact new product input and output technical docs. 5、參與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析和改進(jìn)；Analysis product quality issue and modify the design issue. 6、參與必要的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和供應(yīng)商考察；Participate necessary market survey and supplier evaluation. 7、樣機(jī)試制過(guò)程中的技術(shù)支持和進(jìn)度跟蹤。Technical support during prototype trial and schedule tracking. 二、任職資格： 1、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)，能源動(dòng)力或農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；Bachelor and above, mechanical design，energy and power, agricultural machinery or relevant major. 2、掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等相關(guān)知識(shí)；Master relevant knowledge of mechanical design and engine. 3、有5年以上農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Have experience of agricultural machinery engine design more than 5 years. 4、具備一定的的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)及文字寫(xiě)作能力，較好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力；Have certain expression and writing competence.
