工作內(nèi)容 ： 這個(gè)崗位負(fù)責(zé)白車身在開發(fā)階段的數(shù)據(jù)可行性分析、產(chǎn)線可行性分析，按時(shí)間要求提出產(chǎn)品問題并推動(dòng)問題及時(shí)解決，以及按要求完成各節(jié)點(diǎn)的交付物 This role is responsible for the BIW data feasibility analysis and production line feasibility analysis during the development stage, raising product issues within the stipulated time and pushing their timely resolution, as well as completing the deliverables at each gateways as required. 崗位職責(zé)： 1. 在要求的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)內(nèi)完成白車身同步工程可行性評(píng)估、產(chǎn)線可行性評(píng)估，按節(jié)點(diǎn)提出問題、推動(dòng)問題解決并完成節(jié)點(diǎn)交付物 Complete the feasibility study of the body-in-white SE and the production line within the required time, raise issues in each gateway, push their resolution and complete the gateway deliverables on time. 2. 在需要的時(shí)候代表經(jīng)理去復(fù)核或者業(yè)務(wù)陳述。 Represent Manager when required at reviews or presentations. 3.開發(fā)基于車型平臺(tái)的白車身BOP文件，與研發(fā)和項(xiàng)目組達(dá)成一致，并檢查各車型產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)是否滿足BOP要求，推動(dòng)不符合內(nèi)容的及時(shí)整改。 Develop the BOP documents of the white body based on the platform, reach an agreement with the product engineering and project team, and check whether the product design of each model meets the BOP requirements, and push the timely modification of non-compliant contents. 4. 與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，確保所有的連接方案的可行性 Working with Product Development ensure feasible joining solutions for all joints. 5. 支持模塊會(huì)議/項(xiàng)目管理掌控團(tuán)隊(duì)以保證與沖壓、DMBI相互交叉功能的工作 Support Module Meetings/PMST to ensure cross – functional working with Stamping, DMBI. 6. 制定并更新白車身SE分析標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工藝規(guī)范、建立經(jīng)驗(yàn)庫以提升團(tuán)隊(duì)效率 Formulate the BIW SE analysis standards, process specifications, and establish an experience library to enhance team efficiency 7. 基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝布局去分析線體通過性 Analyze the passability of the line based on the on-site process layout. 8. 保證為所有工程變更提供物有所值的方案 Ensure Value for money solutions are sought for all Engineering changes. 9. 編制ECR報(bào)告，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)修改以滿足工藝要求 Compile ECR reports and promote product design modifications to meet stamping process requirements 10. 負(fù)責(zé)新技術(shù)、新工藝及新材料引進(jìn)工作、確保焊裝工藝的合理性 Responsible for the introduction of new technologies, new processes and new materials, and ensure the rationality of Body in White processes. 11. Interface between Product Development, BIW process, Stamping, DMBI and program Team. 產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，焊裝工藝，沖壓，DMBI和項(xiàng)目組之間的接口 12. 開發(fā)創(chuàng)新的解決方案和工程問題新方法去決定步驟的順序或者工藝需求去制造和組裝產(chǎn)品，以滿足組織質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和成本 Develop innovative solutions and new approaches to engineering problems to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organisation’s standards of quality and cost. 任職資格： 1．Previous supervisory role 曾擔(dān)任過類似的監(jiān)督角色 2．Previous experience in a facilities environment. 擁有設(shè)備方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)" 3．Experience of Body in white process / manufacturing. 擁有白車身工藝/制造經(jīng)驗(yàn) 4.
