職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)要素的協(xié)調(diào)與調(diào)度,協(xié)助項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理做好安全生產(chǎn)工作,定期分析安全生產(chǎn)情況,制定安全生產(chǎn)工作計(jì)劃,保證施工生產(chǎn)正常運(yùn)行;
2.負(fù)責(zé)組織編制施工管理制度及流程并貫徹落實(shí);貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家及上級(jí)有關(guān)部門(mén)HSE方針政策、法律法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范和規(guī)定,負(fù)責(zé)組織制定和審查HSE管理規(guī)章制度、獎(jiǎng)懲方案、安全技術(shù)措施、事故隱患的整改計(jì)劃和方案,組織或督促實(shí)施;
3.負(fù)責(zé)組織施工隊(duì)施工,保證業(yè)主、總包有關(guān)生產(chǎn)要求的順利執(zhí)行;指導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)HSE部進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HSE監(jiān)督檢查,審查危險(xiǎn)源的控制措施和應(yīng)急預(yù)案,并按要求監(jiān)督實(shí)施;
4.按照項(xiàng)目總體規(guī)劃負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目施工生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、大型施工機(jī)具需求計(jì)劃、勞動(dòng)力需求計(jì)劃的編制工作,全面組織落實(shí);
5.按期組織召開(kāi)月、周施工生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)會(huì),分析計(jì)劃執(zhí)行情況,做好施工計(jì)劃的調(diào)整和糾偏措施,定期向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子通報(bào)HSE工作管理情況。
任職要求:
1. 安全、環(huán)境、工程等相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2. 5年以上HSE相關(guān)領(lǐng)域管理職位,具有HSE相關(guān)國(guó)際資格證書(shū);
3. 了解和執(zhí)行各種環(huán)境、安全法規(guī)。熟悉施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理流程及施工規(guī)范;
4.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、組織能力;
5.能用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行日常工作交流和溝通。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of production factors at the construction site, assist the project manager in ensuring safe production, regularly analyze the situation of safe production, formulate safe production work plans, and ensure the normal operation of construction production.
2. Be responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of construction management systems and procedures; implement the HSE policies, laws, regulations, standards and norms of the state and superior departments, be responsible for organizing the formulation and review of HSE management systems, reward and punishment plans, safety technical measures, and rectification plans and schemes for accident hazards, and organize or supervise their implementation.
3. Be responsible for organizing the construction teams to carry out construction, ensuring the smooth implementation of the production requirements of the owner and the general contractor; guide and coordinate the HSE department to conduct on-site HSE supervision and inspection, review the control measures for hazard sources and emergency plans, and supervise their implementation as required.
4. According to the overall project plan, be responsible for organizing the formulation of project construction production plans, large-scale construction machinery demand plans, and labor demand plans, and comprehensively organize and implement them.
5. Regularly organize monthly and weekly construction production coordination meetings, analyze the implementation of plans, make adjustments and corrective measures to the construction plans, and regularly report the HSE work management situation to the leadership team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in safety, environment, engineering or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of management experience in HSE-related fields, with relevant international qualification certificates.
3. Understand and implement various environmental and safety regulations. Familiar with on-site management processes and construction norms.
4. Possess good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
5. Be able to communicate and work in English on a daily basis.
