崗位職責： 1.負責制定項目的施工組織設計、質量標準、總體規(guī)劃和年、季、月施工進度計劃； 2.負責本工程施工的全過程管理：工程質量、安全生產的第一負責人，對所建項目工程的質量目標和安全達標、生產進度、成本控制的實施負全面責任； 3.遵守國家和地方政府的政策、法規(guī)，執(zhí)行公司的規(guī)章制度和指令，自覺維護公司利益。負責與甲方、業(yè)主、監(jiān)理公司工作協(xié)調，確保公司下達的各項技術指標順利完成； 4.負責項目施工團隊的組建，組織實施合同內容的施工進度計劃。定期向公司匯報工程進度及實物完成量，定期向甲方催收工程進度款； 5.嚴格執(zhí)行公司的質量安全保證體系制度，建立健全本項目詳細的質量、安全體系、確保項目按程序有效進行； 6.負責加強預結算管理，控制并降低生產成本。認真組織做好工程簽證、統(tǒng)計報表的進度款催收工作； 任職要求： 1. 工程、建筑、土木工程等相關專業(yè)，大專及以上學歷，持有相關職業(yè)資格證書者優(yōu)先； 2.具備5年以上項目管理經驗，2個項目以上項目經理崗位經驗，有海外項目經驗優(yōu)先； 3.熟悉項目的全流程管理，包括項目的前期策劃、施工過程的工程進度、安全、質量、環(huán)保、技術、成本管控等，具備較強的項目控制能力； 4. 具有良好的溝通協(xié)調能力，較強的責任心及果斷的判斷力與決策力； 5. 對項目成本構成，成本分析和成本控制有相關經驗； 6. 能用英語進行日常工作交流和溝通。 Job Responsibilities: 1.
