ROLE SUMMARY · The primary role is to lead audits and audit teams, or support the audit team leader, conducting management system audits and audit report package preparation and submission, etc. Some other specific roles include the training delivery, technical support to sales queries and some new product(s) and related project development, etc. RESPONSIBILITES · Responsible for execution of management system audits, ensuring its compliance with the requirements defined in SGS Global System Procedures and Local Procedures · Responsible for audit reports preparation and audit package submission to SGS HK office for review and decision-making process of certification · Responsible for in-house and public training delivery, including the related training material preparation · Work with project team(s) in supporting to the development and review of some new products’ training and certification assessment · Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, if need arises · Assist in tasks assigned by superiors / managers PROFILE (Education/experience/Skill/Certifications, etc) · Degree or above with 4 years or above working experience in the quality, the environmental, and the occupational health and safety management systems with relevant experience, preferably in the Construction and Engineering Services / Logistics / Food / Production / Services (e.g. real estate, wholesale and retail trade) sectors · Capable for audit delivery and execution, as well. · Candidate with more solid experience, with successful completion of lead auditor training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001, and with some professional qualifications such as registered lead auditor of HKICA / IRCA / CCAA, will be considered as Certification Officer or Senior Certification Officer. · If required, a part-time post can be also considered KEY COMPETENCIES · Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, including the written English and Chinese auditing / technical report writing skills · Have work experience in management capability involving the exercise of judgment, problem solving and strong communication skills with people is added advantage · Familiar with MS Office KPI FOR SUCCESS · Thinks strategically · Influences internally and externally · Develop self and others · Collaborate effectively OTHERS · Required frequent travel in HK / Macau / Mainland China / other location(s) if needed · 5-days work week / Bank holiday / Double pay / Performance bonus / Dental and medical benefits / Life insurance / Annual leave / Paid maternity leave and paternity / Birthday leave etc · Company website http://www.sgsgroup.com.hk
