運(yùn)營(yíng)官方社媒賬號(hào)市場(chǎng)傳播海外業(yè)務(wù)B端客戶商品海外社交媒體投放技術(shù)方案農(nóng)/林/牧/漁
主要工作職責(zé)Key Responsibilities:
1.根據(jù)公司海外戰(zhàn)略,協(xié)助國(guó)際大客戶業(yè)務(wù)部制定海外市場(chǎng)核心大單品管理策略提供信息和數(shù)據(jù)支撐,協(xié)同國(guó)家經(jīng)理團(tuán)隊(duì)開展前期市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,聚焦市場(chǎng)、國(guó)際核心客戶需求,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品定位優(yōu)化與迭代升級(jí)工作。
Support the International Key Accounts Department with market insights and data to develop product management strategies in line with the company’s global expansion plan.
Assist country managers in conducting preliminary market research, focusing on market demand and key international clients, and promote product positioning and iterative upgrades.
2.協(xié)同海外國(guó)家經(jīng)理團(tuán)隊(duì)和技術(shù)總監(jiān)為客戶提供技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品的屬地化適配方案,包括不限于產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)、應(yīng)用解決方案、技術(shù)FAQ等。
Assist country managers and technical directors in providing localized technical and product adaptation solutions to overseas clients, including but not limited to product manuals, application guides, and technical FAQs.
3.鏈接研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)支持海外國(guó)家經(jīng)理團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)核心客戶提供技術(shù)支持,產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新方向及技術(shù)解決方案。
Collaborate with the R&D team to support overseas country managers in offering technical support to key clients, as well as driving product innovation and technical solutions.
4.執(zhí)行全球品牌傳播策略,提升公司和品牌的國(guó)際影響力。
Execute global brand strategies to enhance the company’s international presence and brand influence.
5.運(yùn)營(yíng)海外官方賬號(hào)及建立其它社媒賬號(hào)(如LinkedIn、Facebook等)。
Manage official overseas social media accounts and establish other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
任職要求Requirements:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,農(nóng)學(xué)、植物保護(hù)、園藝、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、傳播學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor's degree or above in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Marketing, International Trade, Communications, or related fields.
2.1-3年農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備產(chǎn)品管理、市場(chǎng)開發(fā)、技術(shù)支持等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
1-3 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably with a background in product management, market development, or technical support.
3.熟悉海外社媒平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)邏輯。
Familiarity with the operation and logic of overseas social media platforms.
4.熱愛農(nóng)業(yè),跨文化溝通能力強(qiáng),適應(yīng)跨時(shí)區(qū)協(xié)作與短期出差。
Passion for agriculture, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to work across time zones and travel on short notice.
5.優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力。
Excellent command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
