This individual will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-focused care and promote overall wellbeing. Responsibilities: 1. Provide psychological evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients and families experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. 2. Offer counseling and therapy services to patients and their families to help them cope with emotional issues and improve their quality of life. 3. Develop and implement strategies to support patients in adapting to cultural differences and adjusting to life in a new country. 4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to care. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. 6. Educate patients and their families on mental health and wellbeing topics. 7. Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations. 8. Participate in staff meetings, training, and other hospital events as required. Delivering lecture and seminar when needed. 9. Create patient and staff education programs focusing on issues related to mental health and Wellbeing. Qualifications: 1. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling from an accredited institution. 2. At least 3-5 years of experience working as a psychologist or counselor in a hospital or clinical setting. 3. Credentials and licenses to practice in China. 4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. 5. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. 6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 7. Flexibility to work in a 24-hour hospital environment. 8. Knowledge and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds.
