工作內(nèi)容:
1. Design and execute antibody optimization campaigns using various display technologies, with a preference for yeast display 使用各種展示技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)和執(zhí)行抗體優(yōu)化活動(dòng),首選酵母展示;
2. Perform a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, molecular cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, and library construction 執(zhí)行廣泛的分子生物學(xué)技術(shù),包括PCR、分子克隆、定點(diǎn)突變和文庫(kù)構(gòu)建;

候選人要求:
1. A MS degree in biochemistry, bioengineering, molecular biology or a related field生物化學(xué)、生物工程、分子生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;
2. At least 2 years of relevant post-graduate experience in antibody engineering, preferably in a biopharmaceutical industry setting至少2年抗體工程相關(guān)研究生經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好在生物制藥行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Proven hands-on experience in core molecular biology techniques, including PCR, DNA cloning, and mutagenesis 在核心分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)方面擁有豐富的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括PCR、DNA克隆和誘變;
4. Demonstrated experience with at least one antibody display technology (e.g., yeast display, phage display, ribosome display, mRNA display), with a strong preference for yeast display 具有至少一種抗體展示技術(shù)(如酵母展示、噬菌體展示、核糖體展示、mRNA展示)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)酵母展示有強(qiáng)烈偏好;
