Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will prepare financial statements, oversee accounts payable/receivable, conduct audits, and provide actionable insights to optimize fiscal performance. Prepare and file tax returns (income, sales, payroll) in compliance with local, state,and federal regulations. ? Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits. Budgeting & Forecasting: ? Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts. ? Monitor budget adherence and report discrepancies. Process Improvement: ? Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or procedural enhancements. ? Implement internal controls to safeguard assets. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred. Experience: 3+ years in accounting roles Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
