Job Responsibility: 1. Assurance of Quality targets with preventive quality processes and quality planning actions in new product development projects according to procedures and standards. Coordination or leading of Quality actions in profession aspect with Quality planner in plant, SQD. 2. Coordination and validation of Preventive Q processes during product development phase, e.g. FMEA, risk assessment, control plan… - Has a veto right in his field of work against the departments to establish, realize and sustain the necessary processes. - Monitor and record the product development process, check the quality requirement are fulfilled in all phases and validate the product concept/production release 3. Coordinate Quality processes and actions within the development team. Reports professionally to the project manager 4. Contact person for all quality problems during project phase, e.g. quality mistakes, customer complaints, changes, concessions 5. Coordination or leading of Quality actions in profession aspect with Quality planner in plant for process quality and with SQD for supplier quality 6. Contact with HQ BU quality partner to ensure the quality fulfilment of Q release for new products 7. Due to the diversity and expertise of new product development projects, quality assurance and coordination need good knowledge on products and processes and rich experience of quality assurance in projects 8. Coordinates and leads Quality-planner in plant, SQD and FMEA moderator for project quality issues. 9. Decides in conflicts or is responsible for the demand of a corresponding decision (escalation pyramid) Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronic, automation engineering or related subject 2. Good knowledge and experience in Quality methods and tools, like as APQP, FMEA, MSA, CAPA, VDA 6.3/6.5… 3. More than 3 years’ experience of quality engineer for industrial automation products or equipment. 4. Quite good experience and knowledge in both mechanical products and electrical products 5. Fluent in spoken and written English 6. MS Office, SAP(preferred)
