崗位職責(zé):
1、進(jìn)行全球市場(chǎng)研究和分析,并對(duì)競(jìng)手信息做分析,做好行業(yè)產(chǎn)品發(fā)展關(guān)注,輸出市場(chǎng)報(bào)告;
2、與相關(guān)需求和輸入方做好需求對(duì)接,負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品迭代工作,包括產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃、需求定義、文檔撰寫(xiě)、數(shù)據(jù)分析等,輸出產(chǎn)品策劃方案;
3、對(duì)接相關(guān)部門(mén),監(jiān)督研發(fā)部門(mén)做好新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)測(cè)試及交付等工作;
4、對(duì)公司新產(chǎn)品收集市場(chǎng)需求并策劃組織輸出產(chǎn)品策劃(含現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品重新定義、迭代升級(jí)、預(yù)研產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)),管理產(chǎn)品生命周期;
5、組織策劃產(chǎn)品的發(fā)布、培訓(xùn)、講解;
6、跟蹤產(chǎn)品上市及其運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,保證產(chǎn)品的核心價(jià)值向用戶(hù)端的準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá);
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,有相關(guān)家用醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
2、英語(yǔ)優(yōu)秀,可作為工作語(yǔ)音,有海外留學(xué)背景或海外市場(chǎng)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
3、3年以上產(chǎn)品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有優(yōu)秀的市場(chǎng)洞察,調(diào)研分析,產(chǎn)品策劃及管理的能力;
4、對(duì)醫(yī)療或健康行業(yè)敏感,有突出的創(chuàng)新精神,有良好的邏輯思維能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)協(xié)作意識(shí),出色的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,對(duì)產(chǎn)品和用戶(hù)有高度的責(zé)任感;
·Analyze global requirements (e.g. market, technical specification, trend)
·Prepare proposal on global product strategy
·Align w/ counterpart PRM for global market prognosis and product strategy
·Support global district managers to proceed trend analysis, market analysis
·Propose product strategy and business strategy
·Lead cross-functional teamwork on the defined new product innovation process
·As a result, initialize product development needs or partnership proposal if necessary
·Prepare launch of the defined new businesses Feasibility study
·Prepare approval for new entry
