1. Provide strategic leadership and formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
2. Coordinate and manage the team's daily ac??vi??es. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
3. Run the building's operational account. Assist in the development of opera??ng and capital budgets. Recommend and execute improvements for preventive maintenance programs. Create and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals. Oversee maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and technicians. Respond to all emergency situations and escalated customer concerns.
4. Install inventory control programs to buy parts and supplies.
5. Develop specificness and coordinate the administrate??on of maintenance and repair service contracts.
6. Establish and track programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requestions, government agencies, and company directed as it relates to building operons.
7. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
8. Influence par??es of shared interests to reach an agreement.
9. Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objected.
10. Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.

? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical in recognized university
? 10+ years’ overall building services related experience
? 5+ years’ experience of working with international clients
? 10+ years’ experience of people management
? Technical comprehension and experience with performance to the base service contracts and vendor management.
? Adequate English both oral and written
? Experience of working with computerized building and maintenance management systems
? Experience in ISO41001:2018 Facilities Management Systems certification and certification as Lead Auditor is preferred
? Experience in ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems certifications
? Experience in LEED EBOM certification
