崗位背景 試驗(yàn)專員就職于威馬米可多壽光試驗(yàn)站。壽光試驗(yàn)站，隸屬于威馬米可多研發(fā)部。威馬米可多研發(fā)部在全球包括中國壽光試驗(yàn)站從事不同研發(fā)階段的育種、品種篩選和材料測試等工作，并致力于本土化篩選，為中國提供適應(yīng)于中國的優(yōu)良品種。 崗位概述 試驗(yàn)專員負(fù)責(zé)公司關(guān)鍵育種項(xiàng)目，包括南瓜、甜瓜、大蔥、甘藍(lán)等作物試驗(yàn)品種的篩選， 主要包括農(nóng)場內(nèi)外作物試驗(yàn)的計(jì)劃安排，后續(xù)追蹤管理，試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集及信息匯報(bào)等相關(guān)事宜，為育種、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、銷售等部門提供準(zhǔn)確的產(chǎn)品描述和數(shù)據(jù)支持。 崗位職責(zé) 1) 試驗(yàn)種子管理，包括種子庫存管理、進(jìn)出口追蹤、出入庫記錄以及廢棄種子的處理工作。 2) 試驗(yàn)種子準(zhǔn)備，根據(jù)播種計(jì)劃，提前與相關(guān)部門溝通，完成種子的丸?；l(fā)等相關(guān)工作，保證播種工作順利進(jìn)行。 3) POS制定，每個(gè)財(cái)年與育種家溝通并制定中國的試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃和方案，包括試驗(yàn)數(shù)量，品種數(shù)量、 試驗(yàn)地點(diǎn)以及播種定植時(shí)間等，以及精準(zhǔn)地評估并發(fā)現(xiàn)每個(gè)品種的商業(yè)潛力。 4) 試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施，前期在市場和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的幫助下，確定試驗(yàn)地塊，安排并標(biāo)記試驗(yàn)群體，保證試驗(yàn)的準(zhǔn)確性。繪制試驗(yàn)圖并匯報(bào)給相關(guān)育種團(tuán)隊(duì)。 5) 試驗(yàn)跟蹤，包括及時(shí)間苗、評估等整個(gè)試驗(yàn)周期相關(guān)工作，與育種、市場以及銷售等相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通，以便合理安排品種評估工作。 6) 品種評估，根據(jù)相關(guān)作物評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行評估，包括品種性狀以及商業(yè)潛力、適應(yīng)性等，并及時(shí)將數(shù)據(jù)和照片提供給育種家。 7) 試驗(yàn)分析總結(jié)，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，依據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對品種表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地分析，并推薦適宜茬口、區(qū)域等相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)。 8) 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，組織包括育種家、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理等召開品種總結(jié)、研討會。 9) 根據(jù)育種家相關(guān)要求，搜集并分析作物市場信息。 10) 收集栽培技術(shù)信息，尤其針對主栽區(qū)域，為作物栽培團(tuán)隊(duì)提供相關(guān)技術(shù)參考。 11) 與種植戶建立直接溝通關(guān)系。 12) 參與作物核心團(tuán)隊(duì)相關(guān)工作，包括定期會議，信息分享，建議等。 13) 跟蹤試驗(yàn)站內(nèi)部試驗(yàn)，為更好的達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求，及時(shí)與作物栽培團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通交流。 14) 積極參與農(nóng)場運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)會議及相關(guān)活動(dòng)。 15) 公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。 組織結(jié)構(gòu)及工作關(guān)系 1) 工作匯報(bào) *人事管理：中國研發(fā)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。 *試驗(yàn)相關(guān)工作：育種家。 2) 工作關(guān)系 *內(nèi)部關(guān)系：育種助理等農(nóng)場相關(guān)人員、LPP、銷售人員等。 *外部關(guān)系：優(yōu)秀種植戶、育苗場、農(nóng)資供應(yīng)商等。 任職要求 *英語流利。 *服從公司管理，遵循公司管理制度。 *與同事合作良好，積極的工作態(tài)度。 *農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。 *較強(qiáng)的組織能力。 *良好的口頭及書面溝通能力。 *較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力與計(jì)劃性，能因地制宜地安排與協(xié)調(diào)試驗(yàn)。 *具有自發(fā)性和主動(dòng)性。 *接受出差。 BACKGROUND The Trial Officer will work at the Vilmorin Mikado Shouguang Station, which is affiliated to the R&D Department of Vilmorin Mikado. The R&D department of Vilmorin Mikado is engaged in breeding, screening and material testing at different stages of R&D around the world, including China Shouguang Station. The mission of the Shouguang Station is to provide China with excellent varieties adapted to local demand. JOB Overview The Research Trial Officer provides support for the advancement of experimental varieties as they progress towards commercial status. S/He plans and executes the Internal External Trials for the Company’s key breeding programs, Kabocha, Melon, B. Onion, Cabbage. ESENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Be accountable for the seed that is allocated by the breeders for internal and external trials. Maintain an accurate seed stock inventory, keep a record of seed samples dispensed and destroy obsolete seeds at appropriate intervals. * Prepare the seed for planting by working with local seed enhancement suppliers to pellet and prime the seeds according to planting priority. * Meet with each breeder before the start of the production seasons to establish a strategic, Internal & External Trial Plan based on the reality of China and your availability. The plan is to specify the target number of trials per variety, the plot size, planting date range and locations, with the intention to reliably assess each variety's commercial potential. * Execute the Internal & External Trial Plan. Initially, with the support of the Local Product Promoters (LPP) and Sales Team, locate ground in commercial fields to plant the trials. Lay out and mark the trials carefully to ensure accuracy and good plant population. Draw trial maps and distribute to the corresponding breeding team. * Develop a direct relationship with growers. * Monitor the trials throughout their growing cycle, thin at the appropriate time and evaluate when mature. As the trials near maturity, notify the Breeding, DV and Sales Teams accordingly so they may participate in the evaluations. * Conduct trial evaluations using a breeder-approved, standardized evaluation form by crop, to assess the varieties’ commercial potential, competitiveness and adaptation. Digitize and maintain the trial evaluations in a database accessible to the Breeding Teams and take photographs, when helpful, to document variety performance. * At the end of the production season, relying on the cumulative trial data, summarize each variety's performance, highlighting competitive advantages, disadvantages, planting slot and other relevant details. * Organize End-of-Season Review Meetings with the Breeding Teams and DV Manager to review the season, discuss variety performance and present variety advancement proposals. * Collect market information with the request of each breeder. * Collect cultivation techniques from the main production region for crop management team’s reference. * Participate in and contribute to the Crop Core team. * Supervise the internal trials regularly and communicate with crop management team for better managing the trials. *Participate in weekly Research Operations meetings and some activities as required. * Other duties as assigned.
